Hello Everyone & thank you for taking the time to come to my go fund me page! My name is Louisa. In November, I will travel to South Africa for my 2nd year to volunteer with the Mellon Educate Building Blitz 2026! Having volunteered last year I seen 1st hand the difference this makes to a community & to the children of Cape Town. I feel very fortunate to be able to go back & do whatever i can to give back As a volunteer, I will help build classrooms, playgrounds, and sanitation facilities which can give life changing opportunities to the children living in these under-developed areas & it also ensures the creation of jobs in disadvantaged communities. Money raised also supports the very successful literacy programme's which run throughout the schools during the year. To date, Mellon Educate have built or renovated 36 schools, providing improved education for over 65,000 children I hope following on from this I can inspire others to follow in the amazing footsteps of the volunteers before me, as they have inspired me Thank you so much for the support I have received in everyway.
