Our family is asking for support during an incredibly difficult and unexpected time. Jayvian is only 10 years old, a bright, kind, and loving boy who has always had a big curiosity about the world. He dreams of working in IT one day and spends his time doing what he loves most which is playing Minecraft and Roblox, reading National Geographic, and learning everything he can. He has his mom’s strength and his dad’s mannerisms, and anyone who knows him knows how special he truly is. Right now, Jayvian is in the ICU at Boston Children’s Hospital as doctors work urgently to determine the cause of his condition and get him on the road to recovery. This all happened suddenly and without warning, turning our family’s world upside down. Both of Jayvian’s parents are by his side at the hospital, focusing all their energy on being there for him during this critical time. His younger sister is currently staying in Springfield with her grandmother, missing her brother dearly while the family does everything they can to stay strong. Doctors have shared that Jayvian will need to remain in the hospital for at least the next two weeks, with a long road to recovery ahead. During this time, both parents are out of work, and the financial strain is quickly growing. We are asking for any support you can give to help ease the burden on my brother and my sister in law. Donations will go toward essential expenses such as gas, lodging near the hospital, food, and other day-to-day needs while they remain in Boston supporting their son. We understand that times are hard for everyone, but truly, any amount helps. If you are unable to donate, sharing this page and keeping Jayvian in your thoughts and prayers means just as much. Thank you for your kindness, support, and for helping this family stay together during the time they need it most.
