<div>My name is Jon McCormack, and I'm here in hopes to help out my long-time friend Nedal Elabed. He was out trucking just a few days before Christmas and unfortunately suffered a seizure while behind the wheel. Nedal then unconsciously crashed into a tree and was pinned in the cab of the tractor. He was extracted from the semi-truck by the fire department and airlifted to the nearest hospital, which was in South Bend, Indiana, where they saved his life as he was near death. He had multiple surgeries and has what seems like a never-ending list of injuries. Both legs are broken, both hips, 7 ribs, his spine is fractured in multiple places, and I couldn't tell you how many stitches there are because there are that many. Nedal is finally at home but is literally in a hospital bed still. His minimum projected recovery time is 8 months, but it's very possible it's going to be a lot longer.

</div>
<div><strong>Nedal is the sole provider in his family. He has his wife and 3 children. Nedal's wife, Stacy, who is currently 2 months pregnant, his two sons Gabriel and Jaber, and also his daughter Aliyah who all rely on Nedal.</strong> The good news is my friend is still here with us. That's what matters most. But he can use all the help he can get at the moment, especially with this long road to recovery. <strong>All contributions are for medical bills, future medical treatments, and helping provide all the basics a family would need help with in a time like this as now there is no income coming in. </strong>

<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you.

Support Nedal's Long Road to Recovery

<div>**Update**
</div>
<div>Thank you everyone for your love and support. Kaydo’s surgery went well. The doctors are hoping they removed all of the tumor but we will know when the results come back in a few days. Until then we’re just resting and getting all the love.

<div>Hi, my name is Kim and I’m starting this fundraiser for our big boy Kaydo. Kaydo was diagnosed with cancer 2 weeks ago and our lives were crushed. It started out as a small lump under his armpit and began growing rapidly. Doctors diagnosed him with a mast cell tumor and said without treatment he would only have weeks to live.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>Kaydo has been such a huge part of our ever growing family and always welcomes home any animals that mom brings to him. He has helped his mom rehab raccoons, ducks, and many more. We recently had a daughter of our own and he is the light of her world. If you ever met him, he’s the light of everyone’s world.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>On top of the cancer removal treatment, Kaydo also decided to tear his ACL just three days before cancer surgery. Kaydo’s cancer treatment alone, without the ACL repair, will be between $5200-$6100. Anything will help my big boy!
