<div>Those who worked with her may remember a leader who never just "managed " from afar. She stepped in, sat beside her team, and helped where-ever she was needed. Customers loved her because she made people be seen, heard and cared for .

<div>Outside of work the same love extended even further , she has always been the one to send gifts, check in, encourage and uplift. Quietly making a difference in more lives than she will ever know.

<div>Jessica is a proud mother of three, a loving grandmother to two toddlers. Since 2016 Jessica has courageously been battling cancer -recent years her fight has been becoming increasingly difficult. Recently her doctors shared she may have only a few months left.

<div>Jessica is truly one of the bravest woman i know. She has navigated this journey with incredible resilience, strength and grace, Through it all, she has remained in high spirits, still smiling, still encouraging others and still always shows up with love and support. Many people would never even know what she has been facing unless she chose to share it herself.

<div>She has openly shared her journey with honesty and courage, leaning on her faith, believing in the power of prayer and continuing to trust God every step of the way.

<div>On July 31, 2025, our dear friends and Howell neighbors, <strong>Chris and Jennifer Mitchell</strong>, experienced a devastating house fire that resulted in a loss of their home and all of their belongings. Thankfully, everyone escaped and is safe, but they are now facing the daunting task of trying to rebuild their lives from scratch.

Help Chris and Jenn Mitchell After House Fire

<div>This is a very difficult post for me to write. I didn’t think I would ever have to.

<div>Bo, our family dog, has been with us since June 2017. He just recently turned 11 years old on May 8th, 2025. He was three years old when we adopted him from Monmouth County SPCA and he looked absolutely miserable in his kennel. My mom and I felt so bad seeing him in there so we asked to meet him. As soon as they brought him in, his eyes lit up and we knew he was ours.

<div>He didn’t have the best background before us; he was scared and timid around strangers. He didn’t know how to play with toys or knew that the dog bed in my room was his. I had to teach him how to play and enjoy his new home.
</div>

<div>We go on long evening walks in the summer where he stops every few minutes to smell everything in his path. He enjoys pup cups and loves chicken nuggets. Squeaky toys are never scarce in our home and he particularly has an affinity for Lambchop and a burger plushie. He doesn’t even wait for us to say “sit” when giving him a treat; he preemptively sits down and waits. He comes running to greet us at the door every day wagging his stumpy tail. Always so so happy.

<div>It’s been difficult watching him age and move slower. But when he gets his bursts of energy, it’s like he’s a puppy all over again.
</div>

<div>Bo recently went for his annual checkup and we were concerned about a lump that appeared on the base of his neck close to his spine. Unfortunately, the pathology report shows that it is a soft tissue sarcoma, a locally aggressive tumor. Right now, the report suggests it may be a low grade tumor but further testing is needed to identify if the cancer has spread. The best course of treatment is fully removing the tumor and some surrounding tissue. He potentially may need radiation afterwards to ensure the cancer is completely gone.

<div>I humbly ask for help with our beloved Bo’s treatment. We want to make sure he gets all the care he needs to give him the best fighting chance to beat this; we know it will be a long and expensive road. <div>Hello, my name is Erin and my two dogs are my entire world. Unfortunately, my first love, Jersey Rose, is facing a life-threatening health crisis. An aggressive cyst has overtaken her left leg, and the only option to save her now is to amputate it.

<div>When I met Jersey, we formed an instant connection. She’s not just my dog; she’s my best friend, my emotional support, and my constant companion.

<div>On October 6th what started as a normal Sunday night quickly turned into a nightmare. After a consultation with the emergency vet, we discovered that the cyst on Jersey’s leg had grown too large to remove safely leaving amputation as the only option. The surgery is urgent, but the vet is confident she can heal and adapt

<div>I adopted Jersey in 2014, and from the moment I laid eyes on her, I knew she was the one. She was a perfect little pup with a one-of-a-kind personality. I remember sneaking her into the house, hoping she wouldn’t make a sound. When my mom first saw her, sitting proudly on my bed with her tail wagging and a grin that could melt hearts, it was love at first sight. Jersey is gentle, loving, and has a hilarious personality that’s won over everyone she meets. She has been my emotional rock for years, and I honestly can’t imagine life without her.

<div>On Sunday, Jersey’s cyst reopened, and the situation has rapidly worsened. Her leg is swelling aggressively, and the bleeding won’t stop due to the pressure on her blood vessels. On October 8th, after another vet consultation, I realized just how critical her condition is. Surgery to amputate her leg is scheduled for Friday, October 11th. However, I’m struggling to gather the necessary funds for the procedure. The vet is willing to wait until Monday if needed, but time is running out.
