<div>Almost a year ago, our friend, Roy Knyrim, suffered a massive stroke.  For complicated reasons, we heard nothing from Roy, his caregivers or his kids about how he was doing. Finally, total radio silence.  We all feared that Roy might have turned into a breathing vegetable with no hope for a healthy, normal life.

<div>There’s good news and bad news.  Roy has been released to return home with the doctor’s promise that he can expect almost complete recovery. That’s great news!

<div>The bad news is that Roy is destitute. He’s flat-broke without a safety net, alone in the world to do the best he can.

</div>
<div>Whatever savings he had are gone. But he’s got us, his friends. We can help him get back on his feet.

<div>Roy’s living in the garage without a kitchen, water, or personal clothing. His cars are gone and virtually everything he owned has been destroyed or stolen. It seems unthinkable, but it’s true.

<div>Besides the normal costs of owning a house (mortgage, taxes, insurance, utilities) the roof is leaking badly and needs to be repaired.  The HVAC system is dead and must be replaced. The house interior and the yard are full of trash and vermin.

<div>Within the next year, Roy’s probably looking at $120,000 to $150,000 in uncovered medical expenses for Neurological Care, Physical Therapy, and Medical Support. We’re going to set up a special trust to manage these expenses efficiently. We’ll advise you when we have more details.

<div>To all of you who thought Roy was dead, well he’s not. He was isolated and not allowed to see anyone. He was and still is scared for his life.

Most recently this OG Scream Queen bombshell and B-Movie darling is making a cameo appearance in Death Drop Gorgeous! Yay!<br /><br />What many people might not know is that for the majority of her life Linnea has been fostering dogs and cats in desperate need of homes, care and love. Now, she needs OUR help!<br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/44634838_1578972183153155_r.jpeg" alt="44634838_1578972183153155_r.jpeg" width="100%" media_type="3" />(Cleo had gotten her head into a bag of dog food and ate a ton of it until it caught up to her. She threw up and her tummy was all distended and hard. Linnea had to take her to the doctor to get X-Rays.)<br /><br /><br />When we found out that Linnea is committing the majority of her time and resources to rescue and providing care for vulnerable animals we knew we just had to do something to help her and her friends. Over the many years she has fostered hundreds of cats and dogs. Most recently, she packed up her life in Florida, moved to Los Angeles with her 10 foster dogs, to a house with a big Yard, and has diligently continued her mission to find good homes for good pets. She calls this sanctuary for our lost and misbegotten furry friends, The Moulin Rouge. <br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/44634838_157897271225929_r.jpeg" alt="44634838_157897271225929_r.jpeg" width="100%" media_type="3" /><br />The most recent guests were a Husky dog she found at 1 AM in the desert and a street cat named Thor. Both are now in good homes with good families. <br /><br /><br />But how much is this costing Linea out of pocket? To keep the Moulin Rouge running Linnea spends approximately $800-$1200 per month on food, medicine, and other pet needs. Over the years she’s spent nearly $50,000 in veterinary care and emergency visits for her foster pets.  <br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/44634838_1578973278209423_r.jpeg" alt="44634838_1578973278209423_r.jpeg" width="100%" media_type="3" />(And this one has neurological issues. - So as you can see, each dog has a story and it takes a lot of money and work to keep these guys healthy and safe.)<br /><br /><br />This is where you come in. We are asking her fans and friends to help lift some of the financial burden Linnea and the Moulin Rouge… ensuring these furry pals are safe, warm, and healthy while Linnea finds their forever homes. <div>this is the president at WLBLL unfortunately this past weekend somebody cut the locks at our Silverado park storage and took the bases and pitching machine . Thankfully someone has donated bases to us . A couple months back somebody broke into our Hudson park baseball storage and stole our ATV . These things are very valuable to our little league . The pitching machine is used by our farm division every practice and game . The ATV is used to maintain the fields at hudson park . Help us gather some money up so we can replace these things and more ! This is also to help West Long Beach Little in general ! With funds we can help keep our fields maintained and get the top quality equipment to make our kids successful . Thank you and go WLB !!!

<div>Hi my name is Ed Marcus &amp; I’m trying to raise money for my dog, Reba’s medical bills. Reba passed away yesterday after prolonged illness. What we thought started as a simple UTI ended up being spinal lymphoma which rendered her unable to walk or urinate on her own . She was a sweet dog that had a rough upbringing prior to her being rescued by Suncoast Bassett Rescue &amp; our subsequent adopting of her. She was most likely used as a breeder &amp; was definitely abused &amp; neglected . My wife&amp; I along with our prior rescue, Lola gave her love, affection along with stability . The past 3 months or so had seen many  trips to the vet &amp; specialists which entailed high medical coasts . Money honestly we really don’t have . Anything over our goal will be donated to the Suncoast Bassett rescue . Thank you
