Hi, I'm Rev. Gigi Bannister, CMH, wife and caregiver of the legendary actor/horror action hero, Reggie Bannister, of the #Phantasm film franchise. Reggie passed away, sadly, this last Sunday (8/9/2026). He had been diagnosed in 2016 of Parkinson's Disease and later in 2024 developed Lewy Body Dementia secondary to Parkinson's Disease in his latter months and weeks it really took its toll. Per his wishes Reggie passed peacefully in the early hours in his mountain cabin with me, and his kitties, GG (Grey Guy) and Domino. We have NO FAMILY here in California to help. We have only you, our devoted Phans and Phriends, world wide to fulfill Reggie's final wishes. Reggie had hoped to rest in Long Beach but there were no spaces. The next available affordable spaces to be committed into a wall crypt where Phriends and Phamily can visit, were at: Montecito Mausoleum 3520 E Washington St Colton, CA 92324. The TOTAL balance of his burial is: $51,698.77 We MUST have FULL funds of Reggie's burial NO LATER than 8/29/2026 August 29, 2026 or he will LOSE his burial placement AND his arrangements AND our deposit! We hate to ask but we need your help one more time to honor our beloved horror icon and Army Veteran. A place where Phans will be able to visit him - and watch his films with him outdoors - picnic and Honor him as an Actor, an Icon, and Veteran of our Country in clear view of his favorite mountains. And, before ya'll ask, YES you will be allowed to attend. There will be three services. 1. Montecito where he will be committed to the Montecito Memorial Park. 09/05/026 Details to follow 2.
