Emergency Support for Porsha Hall, Guardian for Clinisha Mason --- Welcome to our emergency relief fund. This fund is set up for Porsha Hall, guardian for Clinisha Mason. We provide round-the-clock home care and support for a wonderful person living with Down syndrome. Right now, we have been completely cut off from the support and benefits we are legally supposed to receive due to deep system failures and unfair treatment by the departments meant to help us. What Happened and Our Current Crisis All of these heavy struggles started right after our mother passed away. She owned our family home and was our rock and guide. Losing her turned our world upside down. At 31 years old, trying to carry this huge responsibility without the guidance of older family members has been an uphill battle against closed doors and neglect. To make things much worse, back in 2024, my Social Security account suffered a data breach. Nobody warned me, nobody guided me, and nobody told me what paperwork had to be filed after our mother passed. Because of this data breach and institutional failures going back to 2021, our household has been stripped of the payments we rely on to survive. We are speaking out to let everyone know we are completely blocked from receiving: * Medicaid provider payments * Ohio STNA payments * Medicare and Medicaid services payments * DODD and Social Security funding * Social Security representative payee support * Jobs and Family Services cash assistance I am currently out of work with zero household income. I am taking care of two people who both need special medical help: * Clinisha Yolanda Mason (Age 30): My sibling under my legal guardianship whom I care for like my own child, who lives with Down syndrome. * Xavier Ramon Seay Jr. (Age 5): My young son who has a physical gross motor delay. Because our funds were frozen and blocked, and our power got shut off, we had to move out of our permanent home.
