My family has been through so much over the past few years. We lost our home and then our apartment, and we've grieved the loss of several loved ones. On top of that, we're drowning in debt, and my husband—who has been sober since 2019—faces extra challenges finding work and stability. After five years, he finally got his driver's license, but we're still struggling to get out of the hole we're in. I lost my job in December 2025, and while I started a new one in April 2026, daycare and other expenses are overwhelming. No matter how hard we try, we're always behind, and I'm at the point where I may have to stop paying loans, which would mean losing our car and making things even harder. Our dog needs to see the vet, my sons have no insurance, and none of us can afford basic checkups. Our vehicles can't get inspected because we can't afford the repairs, and every day feels like a battle just to keep up. These funds would help us pay off urgent debt, cover daycare so I can keep working, get our pet to the vet for his checkup, and repair our vehicles to avoid tickets and more problems. We could finally get basic checkups for everyone, which are long overdue, and maybe start living instead of just existing. Your support would give us hope and a chance to move forward. I would be lying if I said it was easy to ask for help, but it's not. If someone is able and willing to help, it would mean the world to us. I believe in paying kindness forward, and even now we do so without expecting anything in return. This is just an act of kindness, and I'm asking for some hope. I know many people are struggling, and I don't know if I deserve more than anyone else, but I'm grateful for anything you can give.
