My name is Scott, and I’m reaching out for support as I navigate a difficult chapter in my health journey. In 2017, I underwent a liver transplant due to autoimmune hepatitis. For a while, I was hopeful that the worst was behind me, but unfortunately, my original disease has returned. To keep my liver functioning and prevent rejection, I now need a stent placed every few months. This ongoing treatment, along with frequent medical appointments, has caused my medical bills to pile up faster than I can manage. The funds raised will go directly toward covering my medical bills, essential medications, and the travel required for my procedures. Every few months, I have to make trips for specialized care, and the costs add up quickly.
