Muhammed's Courage: Providing Relief for a Palestinian Child <div>Muhammed is a brave 14-year-old boy from Khan Yunis in Palestine. Despite his young age, he has already endured immense suffering and hardship that no child should ever have to face.</div><div>For weeks, I have been in constant conversation with Muhammed and his family, bearing witness to their unimaginable struggles. Muhammed's family has been displaced five times, forced to flee between the Rafah refugee camp and Khan Yunis due to the escalating Israeli aggression in the region. As the violence intensifies, accessing basic necessities like food has become an enormous challenge.</div><div>Before the genocide began, Muhammed loved going to school, playing football, and helping his mother prepare meals. But the massacres have robbed him of his childhood. Now, he bears the responsibilities of a man, supporting his father to provide for his two brothers and sister.</div><div>What makes Muhammed's story even more heartbreaking is that he suffers from Osteophytes, a medical condition requiring treatment and surgery. He was meant to have his surgery in August, but the hospital was bombed, and his doctor has been detained by the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). Yet, even with his treatment indefinitely postponed, he has never complained about his pain, nor shared his burden with even his mother, not wanting to add to her already overwhelming worries.</div><div>In the midst of such misery and famine, surrounded by disease and death, Muhammed still finds the strength to ask about the wellbeing of others, affectionately calling those trying to help his family "sweet uncle."</div><div>No child should have to endure what Muhammed has experienced. I have no shame in begging you to support them. Every little contribution helps. So many innocent lives have already been lost, but we can still save those who remain alive, like Muhammed and his family. They urgently need our aid to access basic necessities and the medical treatment for Muhammed's Osteophytes that has been cruelly delayed. They deserve a chance to live a decent life, free from the constant threat of violence, displacement, and starvation.</div><div>Please give generously to help Muhammed and his loved ones. Muhammed's Courage: Providing Relief for a Palestinian Child

<div>I am Shatha Elmoghany, a pharmacist, Mam and a wife, my husband, Mahmoud Elmoghany, is an anesthesiologist at al Shifa hospital. We were displaced from our home on the third day of the war, because of fearing on my daughter one and half years old,and my fetus. I was in the fifth month of pregnancy. We left the Al Shuja’iyya neighborhood and we had kept moving from one place to another to survive our souls and children, we barely could do that, and now we are trapped in a very small room in Al Helou Hospital I North Gaza, as we decided to be closer to have a kind of a safe birth.

<div>I had never expected that I would have a birth in just a hard situation and my baby with breath fire and dust from the first moments in his life after many houses bombed around us!
</div>
<div>We are now in the northern Gaza Strip. We faced a very hard time as we could not find water or food and forced to eat animal food to survive!
</div>
<div>My child was crying hard because she wanted a piece of fruit or even an egg or a little sweet, but it was never available and to this day.
</div>
<div>Even if it is sometimes available and rare, its price is very high and we cannot buy it.
</div>
<div>I lost my job. The pharmacy I worked in was completely destroyed. My husband also used to work inside the Al-Shifa Complex. Unfortunately, he also lost his job due to the complete destruction of the hospital. Thus, we no longer have a source of livelihood.

Help us find a Safe and Secure life

<div>This fundraiser is to help me, Maysaa, and my husband and three young sons, reach safety in Egypt. Every day in Gaza is a nightmare, and this is our last hope. Here is our story.
</div>

<div>On 13 October we were forced to leave our home in Gaza City and move south. We had a beautiful home that I was so proud of - the boys' bedrooms were decorated with their favourite toys, and every evening when I got home from work I would cook delicious traditional food for us to share. It was a happy family home.
</div>

</div>
<div>We fled to Khan Younis and were forced to live in a shelter with over 20,000 other people, with barely any water or food. We lost weight and got sick. After 3 months there, the shelter was surrounded by Israeli tanks and intensive shelling began.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Many died when the shelter was attacked but we managed to escape and were forced to move again, this time to a tent further south in Al Mawasi. We are still there. It is cold, wet, and there is almost no food, water, or hygiene facilities. It is no place for children - the other day my two-year-old picked up an unexploded remnant of a shell, beside our tent, thinking he could play with it (fortunately I spotted it quickly enough).

<div>It pains me that my lovely boys now have no childhood to speak of, and that I must watch them lose weight and grow sick because I cannot provide them fresh food or enough food.
</div>

<div>The worst thing is to see my children frightened. The shelling is non-stop and close, it makes them shake with fear. I still cannot believe how much they have lost - their home, their school, family and friends, three meals a day, and so much more.
</div>

</div>
<div>I cannot see how we could ever return to the rubble where our beloved home once was. My husband and I both studied hard to qualify as health and development professionals, and worked hard for years in jobs helping others. Our only hope now is to try to leave for Egypt, where we can work again and rebuild lives of safety and dignity for our family. We dream of seeing our kids playing and studying again.
</div>

<div>Your generous funds will assist us to escape Gaza. My husband is a qualified nurse with a masters in crisis and disaster management, and he has been accepted as a PHD candidate in an Egyptian university. I have worked in social services and development and have also been accepted for a PHD program with a full scholarship (a precious opportunity to me, valid until May this year). Given the opportunity, we can build a good life in Egypt, supporting our family and contributing to the economy.

<div>We are desperate for safety. You can not imagine the huge and massive destruction around us. There is no home or life for us to return to in Gaza.

Help child sara’s family to get out from gaza war

<div>I have been speaking with Jana Tamer's family for about 6 months now. Jana is a brave 15 year old girl who has been through a year of terror and hardship in Southern Gaza. She wishes to launch a campaign to help her family with their daily needs and future, probable displacement costs.
</div>
<div>Jana's story.
</div>
<div>My name is Jana. I live with my mother, father and 3 younger brothers in the remains of our house in East Khan Younis, Southern Gaza. This  area is very close to the separation fence with the occupation, so we are at risk of displacement at any time. We have already been displaced more than eight times - sometimes to shelters in schools, then to tents in Rafah, and also to tents in the humanitarian area in Khan Younis. Then we eventually moved back to our house. The area is very dangerous  and we regularly receive new evacuation orders. 
</div>
<div>Many times now we could not afford the transportation costs so we ended up staying in the danger zone. Displacement costs about £1000 each time, for transport, a tent, and a bathroom. Often, we are displaced under bombardment and cannot take our belongings with us, so we have to purchase what we need during displacement.
</div>
<div>The prices now can reach up to 10 times higher than before, or even more. For example, the price of a bag of flour today has reached 40 times its price from two months ago.
</div>
<div>My parents lost their sources of income from the very first day of the war, and we need support to provide for our basic needs: vegetables, essential food items like rice, lentils, sugar, oil, and similar items, cleaning supplies, cooking gas, and clothes. All the clothes we left behind when we first fled at the beginning of the war were damaged by shrapnel and bullets, and the clothes we had with us have worn out from over use. We also need blankets because we are currently using many of them to cover the destroyed windows.
</div>
<div>We used to live a dignified and peaceful life. Both of my parents had their jobs, and I would go to school, learn, and help my mother with housework, and we would go out for walks. Gaza was a beautiful place. Now we are deprived of everything. I lost my right to an education, and there is no longer time or place for leisure. Gaza has turned into a pile of rubble. Security, peace, and comfort are gone, replaced by fear, instability, suffering, hunger, and deprivation.
</div>
<div>I hope to take online English courses, but they require money, a good internet connection, and a good phone.
</div>
<div>Nowadays, I help my father, mother, and siblings with collecting water, gathering wood, and lighting the fire since we don't have gas for cooking. We are forced to light a fire to cook whatever food we have and to heat water for bathing in this cold. I also help my mother in baking bread if we have flour.
</div>
<div>My goal with this campaign is to raise money for the daily living expenses of my family and for future displacement costs.
</div>

Miraculously, she survived by the grace of god after receiving blood transfusions. <p>Hello and welcome to our page.<br /><br />Connect with us, we would love to hear from you.<br /><br />Visit our: <a href="https://help4refugeechildren.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Website</a> <br />Keep in touch on: <a href="http://www.facebook.com/help4refugeechildren" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Facebook</a> <br />Send us a Tweet: <a href="https://twitter.com/Help4RChildren" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">@Help4RChildren</a> <br /><br />Help4Refugee Children (H4RC) is an independent grassroots humanitarian organisation created in October 2015, following several visits to Dunkirk and Calais Refugee to deliver humanitarian aid.<br /><br />During these visits, we grew extremely concerned about the conditions in which children and families are living in refugee camps, with little access to essential sanitary facilities, education, and support.<br /><br />Aware of the psychological traumas that the children were suffering, as well as the visibly difficult and dire conditions in which they lived made worse by the winter; we were so heartbroken to meet babies as young as few weeks old that we knew we had to go back, we knew we could not go home and ignore what is happening and continues to happen just two hours away from our doorstep.<br /><br />So we returned, time and after time and never looked back. For two years now, we have been building engagement with refugees focusing on families, young children and unaccompanied minors by running various creative arts workshops - the benefits of these workshops are: teaching basic English, developing confidence, fun and engaging team building helping children develop trust and maintaining hope during this difficult situation by helping to reduce stress and improve mental health.<br /><br />During three years, our work continued to encompass a number of four important aspects.<br /><br />  1. Delivering humanitarian aid to refugee camps and illegal settlements<br />  2. Carrying out creative art workshops with children and their families<br />  3. Supporting families on their arrival to the UK and continue to build engagement<br />  4. Advocating for the rights of refugees here in the UK and raise awareness<br /><br />We do this because less than two hours away from the comfort of our home, there are people who have fled war, severe deprivation, and terrorism; who are desperate for a chance to rebuild their lives and not enough is being done to help them.<br /><br />Today, we are no longer traveling to France, any funds donated will go towards supporting our partners in their work in the front line, directly supporting refugee children. <p>For our dearest friend and her gorgeous family.<br /><br />Description of this lady and her family in two words.  Its time to do the same for them.<br /><br /> Kind and Compassionate:<br /><br />Kindness, one of the greatest gifts you can bestow upon another.  If someone is in need, they always lend them a helping hand and never wait for a thank you.  True kindness lies within the act of giving without the expectation of something in return, and that is what they do.<br /><br />Compassion is at the heart of every little thing they do.  It is the dearest quality we posess, yet all too often it can be cast aside with consequences too tragic to speak of.  To lose our compassioin, we loose what it is to be human.  This family lives by compassion.<br /><br />So, Thank you for your all your acts of kindness, we will always cherish them in our hearts, thank you for all your support, it really means the world to us all.  In today's world, where there is no help or thought, you have always gone above and beyond for us.  <br /><br />Its our turn to say thank you.<br /><br />The funds raised for this family will enable them to breathe a little, treat themselves as a family, make some happy memories and just take the pressure off, to be comfortable and prepared during this difficult time.
