En Nueva Rosita, Coahuila, la atención a los adultos mayores se centra principalmente en la Casa del Anciano de Nueva Rosita, ubicada en la Calzada Hospital s/n, Colonia del Seis. Además, opera la Casa Hogar Refugio y Esperanza, un espacio que brinda albergue, apoyo y cuidados asistenciales.
