Embarrassed

Hello I am a single mother to 2 daughters 13 and 4 13 year olds father died when she was 5 4 year olds father barely involved I have a bunch of health problems and unable to work been fighting for Ssi sence 2017 we are in need of help to get a vehicle I need a way to get to drs appointments and my 4 year old needs drove and picked up from school everyday and a way to grocery store I am embarrassed to ask for help but am in desperate need as I have no one to borrow a vehicle off of or money
