One of his kidneys is working at 2% and the other one is about the same too. He has an urgent need of kidney transplant within a two months period. <br /> He has two little boys, ages 6 and 7 years old , but is not even able to work anymore due to his severe health problems. May peace and blessings be upon you.<br /><br />The family of Karim (Abdul Karim Muhammad) is seeking your support to help provide Karim a better quality of life. <br /><br />May 25, 2022 Karim suffered a subarachnoid hemorrhage, a ruptured brain aneurysm, while working-out at the gym. This traumatic brain injury resulted in 107 days of hospitalization, most of which was in the neurological intensive care unit.  He suffered many setbacks while hospitalized, including 2 mini strokes in the back of the brain and cerebral fluid infections. <br /><br />Currently, Karim is being treated at a rehabilitation hospital due to physical and cognitive challenges. He is currently undergoing intense physical, occupational and speech therapy. <br /><br />When Karim is discharged to return home, required modifications must be made to the home, which are not covered by insurance.  Some items, such as a stair lift and a walk-in tub, will help Karim to have a better quality of life and help him to regain his independence with activities of daily living. <br /><br />Your donation to help the family provide these items, would truly be a blessing and appreciated. <div>On Saturday, July 23rd, 2022, Troy Michael Allred lost his life after succumbing to injuries sustained in a roll-over car crash. Troy was recently honorably discharged as a decorated veteran of the U.S. Navy after serving ten years as a Torpedoman on both the USS San Francisco and USS Montpelier. At 29 years old, Troy was the kind of person who positively impacted all those fortunate enough to get to know him. He was only beginning to set down roots with his wife, Antwanicia.

Police Dispatcher in Need After Losing Husband

<div>Hi, my name is Rishaad Mohammed and I am the nephew of Jamal Mohamed, my uncle Jamal suffered a head stroke recently which caused bleeding in his brain, surgery was done to insert a tube to his brain to allow the fluids to drain. Uncle Jamal is the primary care taker of his mother (my grandmother) and because of this stroke he was hospitalized and is in need of medication for recovery, the doctor said that he will need approximately 20 doses of medication in order to have a chance of recovering. In the meantime he is on bed and is not able to work for obvious reasons and his mom is trying her best to take care of him. I am kindly asking you to contribute so that the cost of his medication is covered, I am sure there are other costs but the medication for his recovery is very important to us as it is of paramount importance. Please donate whatever you can to help Uncle Jamal get back to his feet so that he may continue to take care of his mother and help to look after the household once again. Sickness can happen to anyone at anytime but having support form caring people like yourself makes recovery a little bit easier. Help My Unlce Jamal Recover From A Stroke

<div>Our brother in Islaam, affectionately known as Shaykh Ameen needs our assistance. A few years ago, he was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer that spread to his lymphatic system. He also suffers from stage 3 kidney disease, chronic liver disease, and COPD. In addition, he is showing early signs of Dementia. He is currently receiving treatment in Detroit, MI, where he lives with his wife Aishah. As a private school teacher at an Islaamic School, Aishah's income is their only income. With the cost of housing and food, Aishah is struggling to pay for Shaykh's medications every month. Until recently, Shaykh received additional assistance through the Social Security Administration (Medicare part D), which covered part of the premium for his insurance and helped with deductibles and copays. Unfortunately, this help has ended, leaving a substantial financial burden on Aishah and leaving Shaykh Ameen feeling weak without his medications.

Help our elder brother with cancer

<span style="color:#333333;">As salaam alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatu,<br /><br />I’m creating this fundraiser on behalf of our brother Abdul Bari and his family who live in LaPlace Louisiana. After hurricane Ida, he returned from evacuating to find his roof torn off and his family’s belongings destroyed. He is a father of 7 children age 3-19. His wife Khadijah, may Allah have mercy upon her, recently passed away from COVID complications while already going through chemotherapy for cancer. She passed away only a few weeks ago. During her last few months in the hospital, Abdul Bari had stopped working while visiting her and taking care of their children. He was planning to start back working in the coming weeks as he prepared his family for the change of life without their mother. He is a local truck driver and now may be out of work even longer as much of the area has been heavily damaged.<br /><br />These funds are to help obtain new housing and furniture for his family, and give him some time to prepare a new home for them again. He has not asked for a specific amount but I am estimating what it will take given the seriousness of his situation and size of his family. They will need clothes, books, groceries, appliances and all the things a large family going back to school again needs to name a few of the challenges they have ahead of them.  May Allah grant him and his family ease in this life and the next.<br /><br />Abdul Bari has been a true brother to our community in the greater New Orleans area and has never hesitated when anyone needed assistance in the many years that I have known him. Family lost Everything during Hurricane Ida

<p>Alhamdulilah, in December of 2020 we were blessed to open Masjid al-Hidaayah in Woodlawn, MD. The center is located in an ideal area and stays vibrant with free educational opportunities ranging from general classes to Qu’rān recitation for men and boys throughout the week.

<p>Since its opening, the participation and growth we have experienced has far exceeded all of our expectations and the community itself is growing as a result, wal ḥamdulillah.

<p>Classes on a variety of Islamic subjects are taught by our beloved teachers Ustādh Umar Quinn, Ustādh Kashiff Khan and Ustadh Sa’d Shabāna.
