<div>Jon Antokoletz is a 16-year-old sophomore at Brewster High School who should be spending his days focused on school, friends, and being a teenager. Instead, after several weeks of not feeling well, Jon and his family received devastating news — he has been diagnosed with T-LBL (T lymphoblastic lymphoma).

<div>Following a series of tests, doctors confirmed the diagnosis, and Jon was immediately admitted to the hospital, where he is expected to remain for at least the next month undergoing intensive chemotherapy treatment. While this first phase of treatment is critical, it is only the beginning of a long journey ahead. After his hospital stay, Jon will continue years of ongoing treatments, medications, and monitoring as he fights this disease with courage and determination.

<div>This diagnosis comes at an already incredibly difficult time for Jon’s family.

<div>His mother, Marietta, recently battled breast cancer herself, enduring multiple surgeries and treatments. During her recovery, she was forced to take time away from work to focus on her health and healing. Jon’s Dad and Marietta’s husband passed away in May 2016 from a massive heart attack. Now, as Jon begins the fight of his life, Marietta will once again need to step away from her job to be by her son’s side every step of the way.

<div>No family should have to face this kind of emotional and financial burden alone. Between hospital stays, treatments, lost income, travel expenses, and everyday bills, the challenges ahead are overwhelming.

Support Jon's Fight Against T-Lymphoblastic Lymphoma

<div>Update 3/27/25: Jenn sadly passed away on 3/26/25. She fought as hard as she could and left this world knowing how much she was loved by so many people. She will be forever missed by all who knew her. Any donations moving forward will help pay for final expenses and supporting Tommy and Lenny through this incredibly difficult time.

<div>Update 2/22/25: Jenn completed her second round of chemo last week, which was much better tolerated and she remains in good spirits! She continues to be so grateful for everyone’s kindness, generosity and well wishes as she continues to fight.

<div>Update 1/25/25: Jenn has been overwhelmed by everyone’s kindness, donations, prayers and well wishes and so appreciative of the support. Unfortunately, she has some unexpected setbacks and is currently in the hospital. Please keep positive thoughts coming!

<div>Jenn is a good friend to many and loves her job helping disabled individuals and their families secure resources to ensure that they have a good quality of life.

<div>At this time, Jenn has a long road to recovery and ongoing treatment with a lot of unknown for the future. She will not able to work throughout treatment and has a large insurance deductible to meet before insurance pays any expenses. Any amount will help her and her family pay for basic living expenses and medical costs so she can focus on recovery.
