<div>Honoring the Life and Legacy of Lartey Solomon (Nurse Solomon)
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On May 31st, our family experienced a loss that words can hardly describe. Our beloved brother, son, father, friend, and nurse, Lartey Solomon, age 33years was tragically shot and killed in Oakland, California. He leaves behind his precious daughter, grieving family, friends, patients, and social media followers whose lives were forever touched by his kindness and compassion. But this story is not defined by the tragedy of how he died. It is about how he lived.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Lartey was a bright light in the lives of so many. Young, energetic, and fun-loving, he had an infectious smile and a remarkable ability to make people feel seen, valued, and loved.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Born and raised in Ghana, he pursued education with determination and excellence. He attended Ridge International School, Bethel Methodist School, St. John's Senior High School, and Central University College. Driven by his passion for serving others, he later moved to the United States, continuing his studies at Merritt College before earning his Bachelor's of Science in Nursing degree from Samuel Merritt University. He worked as a Registered Nurse at Alameda Health Care and Kindred Hospital in San Leandro before his untimely death.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As a nurse, caring for others was more than a profession—it was his calling. He was passionate about educating people on their health and empowering them to make informed decisions about their well-being. His patients trusted him, his colleagues respected him, and those who encountered him found comfort in his compassion. He treated everyone with dignity, patience, and kindness.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Lartey was also deeply devoted to his family. He adored his only daughter and treasured every moment he spent with her. No matter how busy life became, he made time for the people he loved. Family gatherings, phone calls, words of encouragement, and moments of laughter were important to him. He believed in staying connected and reminding others that they mattered.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>He was generous beyond measure, quietly supporting family members, friends, and others both at home and abroad. Helping people came naturally to him, and he gave without expecting anything in return.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The loss of Lartey has left an unimaginable void in our hearts. A daughter has lost her father, parents have lost their son, siblings have lost their brother, and countless others have lost a trusted Health Educator, Caregiver, Mentor, and Friend.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As we navigate this devastating loss, we are also facing the financial burden of laying our loved one to rest and supporting his beloved daughter and father back home in Ghana during this difficult time. Any contribution, no matter the amount, will help ease this burden and ensure that Lartey receives the dignified farewell he deserves. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this campaign and keeping our family in your prayers.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We continue to pray that justice will be served so that his gentle soul may rest in peace.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Lartey will be remembered not for the violence that took him from us, but for the compassion he showed, the sacrifices he made, and the love he poured into the world every single day of his life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Though his time with us was far too short, his kindness, generosity, and unwavering commitment to others will continue to live on in the countless lives he touched.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for helping us honor the life, legacy, and beautiful spirit of Lartey Solomon.

Honoring Lartey Solomon's Life and Legacy

<div>Hello!

</div>

<div>Eric Charles Moore aka Billy Barz was my beloved son. He was found deceased in bed after several days of me trying to reach him and a wellness check. Eric tried so hard to remain in this realm to care for me with my disabilities, putting his four year battle with Stage 4 Lung Cancer and his need for a triple bypass heart operation remain on hold. He loved me, unselfishly and unconditionally like that. I am struggling to make my simplest means taken care of. Please donate to my son's legacy, so that I, his biggest fan can find some solace in his demise.

<div>Honoring Damion Porter's Life and Legacy
</div>
<div>Good morning, everyone. This is Tanisha Porter Nkuusa, Sharon Porter, and Danielle Kucinski. It is with a heavy heart that we share the devastation of Damion's passing. Damion had the biggest heart, and when he loved you, you knew it. As he often said, he wore his heart on his sleeve, and anyone who needed help, He would be right there for you. Day or night, if you needed him, he was there. He would give you the shirt off his back to anyone in need. Damion has left an immense void in our lives. We are reaching out to ask if you could please donate anything. It's genuinely appreciated; any donation will help us give Damion the proper homecoming he deserves. Thank you, and God bless you all for your kindness and support during this difficult time. Together, we can celebrate Damion's life and ensure that his spirit lives on.
