My Family needs your help and support for legal fees associated with bringing my nephew home to where he belongs and to where his late Mother would have wanted him to be. On January 14, 2023, his Mother was a victim of domestic violence in which she ultimately lost her life from a brutal murder at the hands of his biological Father who has since been convicted and is serving a 38 year prison sentence for second degree murder. To add injury to assault, my Nephew was placed with his paternal relatives, at the behest of his Father's request despite his conviction and additionally the Magistrate assigned to the case acknowledged that his Father's rights should be petitioned to be "terminated" but the courts were not choosing to do so because it "takes too long." My family has continued to be victimized for being a victim and have now been forced to take on this additional heavy burden of legal expenses for trying to bring my nephew home. If you can find it in your heart to donate and assist us with obtaining what's in my Nephew's best interest and seeing that his late Mother's wishes are honored we would forever be grateful.
