- On October 1st, my sister received the devastating news that she had lymphoma. She faced her diagnosis with incredible courage, but after a short and hard battle, she lost her fight with cancer on December 8th. Her passing has left a deep void in our family, especially for her two children: Cameron, who is 18 and currently serving in the Army, and Hannah, who is 7 years old and very autistic. My sister was a loving mother, always putting her children first and doing everything she could to support them, even during her illness. We are now faced with the difficult task of arranging her cremation and memorial service, hoping to honor her life and give her children a chance to say goodbye. The costs for these services are more than our family can manage alone, and we want to ensure that Cameron and Hannah are supported as they navigate this heartbreaking loss. Any funds raised will go directly toward covering the cremation and memorial expenses, and whatever remains will be split between her children to help them in the days ahead. We’d like to express our gratitude for any financial support that you can provide. We know that finances are tough for everyone right now, but anything will really help. Your kindness and generosity will make a meaningful difference for our family as we try to honor my sister’s memory and support her children through this difficult time.
