What they care about

My dream is to escape poverty and create a Real Estate Development Company and build a beautiful nice homes for people and help to grow communities and country.

I’ve helped myself with $10k to start this company. It doesn’t make sence for me to send it through this app it’s on my Bank Account.

Hi, my name is Vlad. I’m 25, from Ukraine, and for the last three years I’ve been living and working alone in the United States — mostly inside a truck. I’m not asking for a miracle. I’m asking for a chance to start.  I was born in a very poor family and started working at 15. I’ve done dozens of jobs across Europe and the U.S. I’ve survived — but I haven’t truly lived. I don’t want to spend the next 20–40 years just getting by. I want to build something real: a business, a home, a family, a future.  My goal: launch my first residential development in Texas — one single-family home — and use that win to build the next two or three. I’ve spent hundreds of hours studying permits, budgets, land criteria, contractors, and lending. I registered my companies, set up the structure, and prepared a plan. I just need the seed capital to start.  What the $50,000 covers (every dollar has a job): • $5,000 — land under contract (escrow deposit, with contingencies) • $25,000 — architecture, engineering, city permits • $10,000 — legal & closing fees • $5,000 — marketing, renderings, website & buyer materials • $5,000 — contingency (utilities, impact & fire permits)  How the project works:  1. Pick a strong neighborhood where homes sell for $800–900k.  2. Put undervalued land under contract (≤20% of final home value).  3. Complete plans and permits with licensed architect/engineers.  4. Engage a reputable General Contractor with fixed-bid scope.  5. Secure a construction loan that finances 100% of build + land (standard in this price tier).  6. Build, sell, and roll profits into the next projects.  I can’t legally promise returns here — this is not an investment pitch. I’m simply asking for help to break the cycle and take the first step. If you’d like, I’ll share progress updates from day one: securing land, plans, permits, lender milestones, and the first shovel in the ground. If this story reaches you — thank you. Even $25–$100 moves this forward. And if you can’t donate, sharing the link helps more than you think. I believe in hard work, in God, and in the American idea that if you start, people will stand with you. One home can change a life.  From the bottom of my heart — thank you. — Vlad  Follow / contact: Instagram: @mr.nesterchuk Facebook: Vlad Nesterchuk Email: [email redacted]
