<div>My name is Sandra Spellman, and I am the founder of Stinking Thinking, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping youth overcome negative thought patterns and break the cycle of violence in our communities.

<div>Stinking Thinking was born out of a God given vision and  passion to reach young people who feel lost, angry, or misunderstood — those who have been shaped by pain, environment, or circumstance. Our goal is simple but powerful: to change the way youth think, so we can change the way they live.

<div>Through mentorship, cognitive therapy–based life coaching, and community programs, we provide a safe space where teens can talk openly, learn healthy coping skills, and discover their true potential. We teach them how to recognize destructive thought patterns, reframe them with truth and positivity, and take ownership of their choices and futures.
