My name is Sandra. I'm the mother of 2 level 3 autistic children that require 24/7 care. I'm a single mom with no family and no help. Resources have been hard to come by. Due to divorce, in order to keep the home my children and I set down roots in and not disturb their schedules or feelings of safety, I need to buy out the home. The remainder of the mortgage and fees would be around $300,000 due to my ex not paying frequently and readjusting the mortgage, making it near impossible to get ahead. I'm so beyond devastated. This is the home I've lived in the longest in my entire life. This is the only home my youngest son has ever known. He doesn't transition well to anything. This is their calm and safety. I made our home a homestead, saving money with gardening and canning, and teaching the boys about so many things, where they can safely yell, run, and stim. The older one is also an eloper, and everyone in the area knows his face. This home has become far more than a home; it's become our sanctuary. If you can help us by donating any amount and sharing, it would be so greatly appreciated. I'm at a complete loss of what else I can do.
