<div>Brandon Jay, aka Quazar, and Gwendolyn Sanford have tragically lost their Altadena family home and professional music and recording studio in the horrific Eaton Canyon firestorm. Their home is a complete loss, and they, their two kids and dog have a long road ahead of them.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Well known as the most giving people in the Los Angeles music and art scenes, if you've had the good fortune to cross paths with the Jays in these past 30 years, you’ve surely benefited from their generosity, enrichment, and friendship. You’ve enjoyed their music on your favorite stages and TV shows, they’ve gotten you gigs, helped you move, given you recommendations, or have opened their home or studio to you.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Brandon and Gwendolyn have always been the first to step forward for a person in need - and now it's our opportunity to give back.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Having had to quickly evacuate in the night, they lost EVERYTHING to the fire as it rapidly destroyed their home, workspace, clothes, dishes, appliances, artwork, furniture, studio recording equipment, (countless) musical instruments... every part of their livelihood and of their children’s, as well.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>To start again is a very long road of bureaucracy; it will likely take months to years. But with two school-aged children, their most immediate goal is to achieve normalcy for the kids as soon as possible.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>So that they may get back on their feet and the kiddos back to school and their friends as soon as possible, our goal is to raise enough funding so they can plant a solid foundation while they wait for coverages to kick in ~ and get them back to what they do best: creating amazing music and being some of the best friends you'll ever know.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Any amount toward this effort is greatly appreciated. And if it's not a good time for you to donate, please share this page far and wide. Thank you so very much for your support in any way.
</div>

<div><br />
</div>
<div>(all that remains)
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>*About the organizers: We are close friends to Gwendolyn and Quazar, Shereen Khan and Matt Chait, and live in the Atwater Village and Pasadena necks of Los Angeles, respectively. All funds collected here will transfer directly to the Jays and spent on helping their family bounce back and all related expenses including clothes and supplies for the kids, necessary appliances and home supplies for multiple months. Feel free to contact me directly if you have questions or other ways to support.

Help Brandon (Quazar) & Gwendolyn Bounce Back From the Fire

<div>The kindest and most selfless family I know has lost everything in the devastating Eaton Fire that took place in Altadena, CA this week.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>My dear friend Ruairi O'Flaherty and his loving wife Sidney Pogatchnik as well as their two beautiful daughters, Mirabel and Ellie, have suffered and unimaginable loss. Their home was completely destroyed.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Ruairi is an amazing mastering engineer who has helped countless engineers, producers, and audio companies around the globe for the past three decades. He is looked up to as one of the most thoughtful and talented humans in the audio industry.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I hope that by making this family a GoFundMe, we can help lift them up so they can secure new housing, living essentials, and cover the necessary expenses they will need to rebuild their home and life.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Anyone that knows Ruairi and Sidney, knows that they would never ask for anything. I'm asking for all the help from the community, friends, producers, artists, and collaborators to come together in this time of need. Please consider a donation for the O'Flaherty family.

</div>

Help the O'Flaherty Family Rebuild After Fire

<div>I am Suzanna, the sister of <strong>Margaret Griffith</strong>. Margaret, her husband Jamie, and my young nieces Josie and Abby lost everything in the Los Angeles Eaton Fire. Their home, all of their possessions, two cars, and a separate building on the property which housed their art studio were destroyed. The only thing left standing is the chimney. They left home with the clothes on their backs and two cats. Fortunately, they weren’t harmed in the fire.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>So many people have reached out to me wanting to help them, so I have started this GoFundMe.</strong> The funds will be used for basic needs, clothes, and art supplies to get their livelihood going again. In addition, if you’d like to send them items, private message me and I’ll give you my address. As of now, they are staying with friends while they look for temporary housing. This fire has been devastating, and we grieve with all the victims.
</div>

Support the Carter Family After Los Angeles Fire

<div>Our dear friends, Joseph, Katie, Tessa and Marlow Barkley lost their home in the Eaton Fire. So many generous friends have reached out to see how they can help

</div>

<div>or support them. While they are very fortunate to have insurance they only left home with an overnight bag and their important documents. We cannot imagine what the days, weeks and months will bring them and would love to help relieve any additional stress or burden as possible.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I have had the privilege to support Joseph in Radius and now in Novus Global over the past 10 years. I never imagined that I would be creating a form of support for his family like this. Our hope is that this gofundme will help relieve the 100’s of text messages they are receiving with generous offers of support to them while also giving those that love them a simple and practical way to support them. Your generosity is such a blessing.

<div><strong>Help Liliana and Her Family Rebuild After the Eaton Fires</strong>

</div>

<div>Hello, my name is Liliana A., and for 22 wonderful years, I called Altadena home. My modest 3-bedroom, 1200-square-foot house was more than just a structure—it was where my life's most cherished moments unfolded. It was the place I brought all three of my children home from the hospital as newborns and watched them grow into the remarkable young people they are today: Santiago (18), Irene "Jojo" (16), and Carina (13).

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>On the night of the Eaton Fires, everything changed. At 1:00 AM, my family—myself, my three children, our two dogs, and our cat—left our home with just one carry-on suitcase and a backpack each. While we are incredibly grateful that everyone is safe, our home and all the treasures and memories it held are gone.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>We are now facing the daunting challenge of rebuilding our lives from the ground up. <strong>Your support will help us secure basic necessities, find temporary housing, and eventually rebuild the home we lost.</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>How Your Help Will Make a Difference:</strong>

</div>

<div>Every dollar raised will go directly towards helping us recover and rebuild. Here’s how your contribution can help:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Cover immediate essentials like clothing, toiletries, and school supplies for the kids.

</div>

<div>Provide temporary housing for our family while we navigate this transition.

</div>

<div>Help us start the process of rebuilding our home and replacing lost items.

</div>

<div>This home was our foundation, filled with 22 years of memories, love, and laughter. We are determined to rebuild, not just the walls but the life we created within them.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>Please Share and Support</strong>

</div>

<div>We are so grateful for any help you can provide—whether it’s donating, sharing our story, or sending us your thoughts and prayers.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being part of our journey to rebuild. Together, we can turn this devastating loss into a story of hope and resilience.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>With gratitude and hope,

Help Liliana's Family After Eaton Fires

<div>Last night, Tara, Arden, and Sofia received the evacuation order. With the fire still a mile away, they never imagined it would reach their home.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>By morning, Kenneth went on his off-road motorcycle, navigating past fire lines and police blockades to check on the house. The fire had swept through the neighborhood, leaving toppled power lines and no houses standing.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Before evacuating, Tara ensured her 93-year-old neighbor, Mercedes, was safely picked up by her family, very likely saving her life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now, Tara, Arden, and Sofia are focused on meeting their immediate needs—shelter, food, and basic supplies—while also beginning to navigate the complex process of rebuilding their lives.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We’re reaching out to friends, family, and the community for any love and support you can offer. Whether it’s a donation of any size, a kind message, or a blessing, your help will make a meaningful difference as they start to rebuild and move forward.

Help Tara, Arden, and Sofia Rebuild After Fire

<div>Suniel, Claire, and Suniel’s 16 year old son Ravel suffered an unimaginable loss when their home was completely destroyed in the devastating Eaton Fire of Altadena, California. They are now facing the difficult reality of starting over from scratch.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The fire consumed everything. Cherished art, photographs and heirlooms, furniture, clothing, appliances such as a new washer and dryer, electronics, beloved garden and everything.
</div>
<div class="youtube-replace"><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Also destroyed and lost was Suniel’s entire professional music studio, that he had just renovated in the garage space, filled with an array of musical instruments and equipment including: 7 guitars (a Gibson Les Paul Custom, Gibson 335 Hollowbody, Fender American Made P Bass, and Custom 8 string Conklin guitar with scratch wheel), 7 synthesizers/keyboards (including a Kawai VPC1, Nord Lead 4, Virus TI Polar and a brand new Expressive E Osmose still in its box), 8 microphones (including a Townsend Labs Modeling Mic, 2 SM58s and multiple piano mics), recording and other equipment (including a Universal Audio Apollo X8p, M Audio Speakers, multiple pedals, pedalboards, microphone), instruments such as Harmonium from Ali Akbar College in Berkeley, and also a Grand Piano and a custom made Klavins Una Corda Piano (1 of only 80 in the world).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Ravel an emerging musician, also lost his guitar, amplifier, and pedal board in the fire.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Suniel, Claire, and Ravel are in shock, grieving the life they’ve lost while trying to figure out how to move forward.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As a community, we can help support them during this challenging time by providing financial assistance to ease their transition as they begin to rebuild their lives. Your contributions will provide much-needed relief as they focus on recovery.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The funds raised will help with:
</div>
<div>• Immediate needs like clothing and household basics.
</div>
<div>• Unexpected expenses they face in this transitional period.
</div>
<div>• Building a foundation for the next chapter of their lives.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Since they were renters and had only recently moved into the home, they do not have insurance coverage to assist with their loss. Any contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference as they navigate this incredibly difficult time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for considering supporting Suniel, Claire, and Ravel. Your generosity and kindness are deeply appreciated. Please feel free to share this campaign widely to help us reach others who may wish to help.

Help Suniel & Claire After Losing Home-Eaton Fire-Altadena

<div>Our dearest of dear friends Ruth, Michael, Theo, and Mirra Storc have suffered an unimaginable loss in the Eaton Canyon fire. Their beautiful home—a space they poured their artistry, design brilliance, and hearts into (not to mention money) was completely destroyed.

</div>

<div>Out of what they thought was an abundance of caution, they left their home with almost nothing but themselves, their two dogs, and their cat, only to return and find everything completely burned to the ground. The storcs house was a place of warmth, creativity, and community. They opened their doors to all of us for countless holidays and celebrations.

</div>

<div>They, like so many others, are facing a future filled with uncertainty. Much of their resources were tied up in the home, and while they wait for an insurance payout (and who knows how long that will take) they have very little to live on.

</div>

<div>We are asking for your help to support the Storcs in this devastating time. They need temporary housing, food, and clothes.

</div>

<div>Any contribution will make a difference and sharing this campaign would be super helpful.

<div>I, Roman Aranda, and the rest of my family, lost our home on January 8th, 2025, to the Eaton Canyon Wildfire. Nearly all of our belongings were destroyed, and all we could do was hope they didn't from the safety of a friend's home. My family and I are safe, but we are now in desperate need of basic necessities. With your help, my family and I can gain the supplies needed to try and rebuild a somewhat normal life for ourselves and to help cover temporary housing costs exceeding federal aid allowances. Anything helps.

<div>Monica, James, Xavier (20), and Madison (17) Marsh lost their family home of 22 years to the devastating Eaton Fire late in the evening of January 7th, 2025. The Marsh family had evacuated their home on late afternoon on January 7th with the bare essentials simply as a precaution. The Marsh home sat far away from the edges of the hills and it seemed unlikely that the fire would spread all the way to their home. The next morning Monica and James returned to their home only to find charred remnants of their family haven, and all their family possessions reduced to ash.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Monica and James have been courageous as they face this nightmare, and have been pillars of comfort to their children, family, and friends who were also affected. Monica, who works for Affordable Housing, and James, who works for Goodwill Southern CA as a career counselor, rarely ask for help, and are so generous with their time. We have set up this GoFundMe to help the Marsh family as they try to carve a path forward. If you would be willing to donate even a small amount, it would help the Marsh family so much. All donations will go directly to the Marsh family.
</div>

<div>Thank you for your support and generosity. We love you, Marsh family!

<div>My name is Selina and I’m raising money to help my friends <strong>Seth, Jess, and Ollie</strong>, who’ve lost their home to the Eaton Fire. They were forced to evacuate very quickly and have also lost all belongings. In the awful devastation of Altadena, Jess also lost her place of business. <strong>Funds will be used to help them navigate this impossibly tough time, and get back on their feet.</strong> Your donations will help them find both temporary and permanent housing, replace all their belongings, furnishings and supplies (tools, equipment, materials) needed to work. They are both talented artists who make the world a more beautiful place. They have pets and a child, and we need to get them settled and safe as quickly as possible. We know so many have lost so much and we are so thankful for your help.

</div>
<div>On January 7, the raging Eaton Fire forced Jamie, Joshua, Louise and their senior cat Maxine to flee their rented home in Altadena with very few belongings.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>After days of agonizing uncertainty, their home was determined to be standing but uninhabitable due to toxic smoke and ash that has damaged nearly everything they possessed, including gifts for daughter Louise’s upcoming 7th birthday.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In addition to the destruction of their possessions, the utilities in the area have been dangerously compromised, making their neighborhood indefinitely unsafe for entry.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The Frontino-Westfall family have had their world turned upside down, and are unable to return to their residence indefinitely due to this devastating wildfire.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This disaster has uprooted the lives of this precious family, leaving parents Joshua and Jamie scrambling to provide stability and safety for their darling daughter Louise, as well as for their beloved pet Maxine, whose health issues have been exacerbated by the stress of the evacuation.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This displaced family urgently needs your assistance in covering the myriad of unexpected costs caused by this sudden and traumatic event. Your donation will help cover needs that may not be covered by other sources of aid and will make a tangible difference in the lives of this family.

<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Además de la destrucción de sus valores, las utilidades de la zona se han visto peligrosamente comprometidos, lo que hace que su colonia sea inseguro para entrarse por un periodo indeterminado.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>La familia Frontino-Westfall ha visto su mundo voltearse de pie ya que no pueden regresar a su residencia indefinidamente.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />

<div>Hey everyone,

<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Cheryl Antos and I am a good friend of Dana Benton and her family. Our kids went to elementary school together so we’ve shared a lot and it is in that spirit that we are sharing the weight of what Dana and her family have gone through since they lost their home in the Eaton Fire.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Dana is a single mom and like so many others, she and her kids had just enough time to grab their pets and a hoodie before they had to evacuate. Dana, Max, and Sydney are safe and we are grateful for that but they have a rough road ahead, they have lost everything. Anything you contribute is appreciated and will go directly to the Benton family and will be used for costs not supported by insurance or FEMA relief.

<div>Hi, my name is Jaylin Tillman. I go to California School of the Arts San Gabriel Valley, and I’m a singer. I moved to Altadena just to be able to be closer to the school and do what I love. As you guys know, the fires that occurred in the Altadena Pasadena area have burned house I lived at to the ground. There is nothing left, and all my personal belongings and memories are gone. I lived with My aunt, uncle and grandma and they have helped me driving me back and forth to school and picking me up when I had late rehearsals and they lost all there belongings So, I’m making this GoFundMe page asking for help and faith to keep moving and doing what I love, and me and my Family thank you all in advance for your help.

Jaylin's Dreams Need Your Support

<div>Hi, my name is Amaya Phillips I am 15 years old and in the 10th grade, me and my family have had an unimaginably difficult past two years and a half as my parents work in the film industry and the film industry was on strike leaving us with little to no income. These circumstances resulted in us staying at 10 different places so that I could attend my performing arts school and finally we met the most wonderful family who allowed us to rent a room in their Altadena home for an extremely affordable amount sometimes even nothing. This same family not only provided us with a home but also welcomed us into their heart and community. The Eaton fire has devastated the entire neighborhood that we’ve been living in and now we along with all of our newly found community are left with nothing. Me and my family are creating this gofund me so that I Amaya Phillips can continue to attend in-person school for the remainder of the year. Though we lost a plethora of possessions and mementos we are looking for help with housing more than anything else. The least expensive place we can find right now is about 150 a night and reaching our goal would allow me to finish the school year.
