For the past few months, our living situation in Ohio has become unstable due to living off of one income because a mental health crisis that caused one of us to be unemployed. We've teetered on the risk of losing our apartment, and eventually made the decision to move back in with family up in New York for our own stability, and safety given Ohio is starting to become more and more unsafe for transgender people. We currently have little to no funds for this, and we have to fix our car, and gather enough money to pay off our last 2 months of rent, and pay off our bills. 
 
 
 
 Having to spend the past few months struggling with money has caused a huge impact on both of our mental health. Being unsure if we were going to wake up the next morning and find out we were losing the apartment, or not knowing how we were going to manage to pay rent, bills, groceries, or even gas to make it to my job, has been a terrifying, looming sense of dread for months now. The move will be beneficial, but it’s still scary as we need to figure out how to financially swing things so we aren’t further in a hole. 
 
 
 
 All funds will go towards fixing my car, and paying off residual bills towards our apartment that we are still financially responsible for. Anything helps us in this stressful situation, and we really appreciate the support.
