Rusty is a sweet dog who has been waiting in a Lancaster, California shelter for over a month. Sadly, his time is running out—if I don’t adopt him soon, he will be euthanized. I have a beautiful fenced-in yard and so much love to give, and I know Rusty would thrive in a safe, caring home. The only thing standing in the way is the cost of transporting Rusty all the way from California to Summerfield, Florida. I’m reaching out for help to cover these transport expenses so I can give Rusty the second chance he deserves. Every dollar will go directly toward getting him safely to his new home. Rescuing and adopting animals has always been a part of my life. Growing up in Leesburg, Florida, our family home was a haven for animals in need—my mom worked tirelessly to find loving homes for every kitten and puppy that came our way.
