Today, our dear friend Omar was tragically pronounced brain dead after being rushed to the hospital and never regaining consciousness. Omar was a father, son, brother, and a hardworking man who came to the U.S. to provide for his loved ones back in Mexico. He gave everything he had to support his family, working tirelessly with the dream of one day returning home. Sadly, that day will never come. His family is in Mexico, and they never had the chance to say goodbye. Our only wish now is to honor Omar by sending him back home, so he can rest in peace surrounded by his family and the people who love him most. We are asking for your support to help cover the costs of transporting Omar to Mexico and giving him the proper farewell he deserves.
