Urgent: Help 7-Year-Old Farzad Get a Chance at Life-Saving Heart Surgery Farzad is a brave 7-year-old boy facing a critical battle. He was born with Multiple Congenital Heart Defects (ASD and two large VSDs), which have led to a life-threatening condition called Severe Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH). His condition has reached a stage where local medical options have been exhausted, and he has been urgently referred to the specialized cardiac center at Acıbadem Atakent Hospital in Türkiye. Because Farzad's case is complex and was presented at a late stage, the specialists in Türkiye must perform an urgent evaluation to determine if surgery is still possible. To begin this life-saving process and secure his medical invitation for a visa, we must raise an initial $3,000 USD. As per the official hospital quote, this covers: $700 for Cardiovascular Examination, ECHO, and ECG. $2,500 for Cardiac Catheterization (the critical procedure to check for operability). I have uploaded all of Farzad’s medical reports, hospital letters, and cost breakdowns here on this page for you to review. Transparency is very important to us, and we want you to see exactly where your generous donations are going. Every dollar brings Farzad one step closer to the care he needs to survive. Please help us save Farzad’s heart.
