Gage is a beautiful husky who was one of our puppies two years ago, and I love this boy dearly. His owner, my friend, has been struggling—she lives in her car, and Gage is her constant companion. Recently, Gage has been having seizures about once a month. Today, he had another one and acted like he didn’t recognize her, which was heartbreaking to witness. She called me back to back until I answered, crying as she told me what happened. It’s clear how much she loves Gage, and how scared she is for him. I want to raise money to get Gage to the clinic as soon as possible, hopefully tomorrow. The funds will cover the cost of the clinic visit, any medication he might need, and possibly some food for him. Gage means the world to his owner, and with her living situation, it’s hard for her to provide the care he needs. Your support could make all the difference for both of them. I feel helpless and broken in this situation, and this fundraiser is the only thing I could think of to help. Any donation, no matter how small, would mean so much.
