<div>Tonya Burrer, a Fredericksburg native and a familiar face to many in our community, has spent years working in the restaurant industry—always showing up with a smile and a warm spirit for those she serves. Now, she is facing a challenging medical event in the near future that will require extensive treatment and significant time off to recover.

<div>Unfortunately, Tonya does not currently have medical insurance, which means the financial burden of her care and her inability to work will fall entirely on her. As many know, the restaurant industry doesn’t offer the luxury of paid time off, and being out of work for an extended period will create a major hardship.
