<div>This bonded pair, Luna and Honey are estimated to be around 10 years old. Their owner could no longer care for them due to old age. Dogs Adoption Network is trying to find the perfect home for them but would like to provide their much needed dental care. The vet estimated that they will both lose almost all of their teeth. The current estimate is $1200.

Help Dogs Adoption Network Change Lives

<div>Hi all! My name is Lee and I’m launching Calvin’s Cupboard, a mobile pet pantry named after my dog Calvin.

<div>Too many families in Northwest Arkansas face the impossible choice between feeding themselves and feeding their pets. A partial look into local surrender data indicates that nearly 1 in 10 animal surrenders in NWA are due to financial hardship. This comes from a very small set of data and the actual number is likely much larger.
</div>

</div>
<div>I have first hand experience working in local animal shelters, where I have helped people through the very difficult decision to surrender their pet due to financial circumstances, very often out of their control. Getting help with pet food can often mean the pet can stay with their people, out of the shelter. This allows our local shelters to focus on animals that do not already have a home where they are loved.

<div>Calvin’s Cupboard is my answer to this. Free dog and cat food with no judgement, just compassion, understanding, and a friendly face.
</div>
<div>I’ll be handing out bags of pet food in local communities across Northwest Arkansas (Benton, Washington, Madison, and Carroll counties) with pop up mobile pantries. The goal is simple:

<div>Keep pets <strong>fed</strong>.
</div>
<div>Keep pets <strong>loved</strong>.
</div>
<div>Keep pets <strong>home</strong>.

<div>With just one truckload, I can serve 70–90 households in a single event.

<div>To get started, I need your help raising money to cover:

<div>•	Food bags, labels, totes, and supplies
</div>
<div>•	Fuel for traveling to communities around NWA
</div>
<div>•	Dog and cat food, purchased by the pallet
</div>

<div>Every dollar goes directly into keeping pets with their families and out of shelters.
