Hello everyone, my name is Asma and I am a Palestinian living in Gaza. I am a computer engineering student, and pursuing this field has been my dream since I was a child. Engineering is more than just a degree to me—it's a passion for building software solutions and understanding how technology shapes our world. My journey has been especially challenging. I have lost my father, brother, and sister, and despite these unimaginable hardships, I have continued to pursue my education and work towards a brighter future. Recently, I've faced another obstacle: my coursework in subjects like Microprocessors, Operating Systems, and Machine Learning requires a powerful laptop to run demanding simulations and programming assignments. Unfortunately, my current laptop can no longer keep up, and I am also struggling to cover the remaining tuition fees for this semester. This situation threatens my ability to continue my studies and puts me at risk of falling behind my classmates. I am reaching out for your support because I truly believe that education is the key to changing my reality. I want to be part of the next generation of female engineers who contribute to the advancement of technology. Your donation will help me purchase a laptop with the necessary specifications and cover part of my tuition fees, ensuring I can attend classes and excel in my studies. Any amount, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing my story with your friends and family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a part of my journey and future success.
Hello, my name is Diego and I am a student living in Seattle, WA who is raising funds for Ola, a 6-month-old infant living in Gaza with her parents, Mehdi and Rawan, and her two older sisters. Ola is currently suffering from malnourishment, and her family is struggling to provide the essentials she needs to recover and grow. Mehdi, Ola’s father, is not only caring for his own three children but also for his sister’s two daughters, after their father was martyred about a year ago. This extended family is doing everything they can to survive and support each other in the midst of an ongoing crisis. The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward medical care for Ola, as well as food, baby supplies, diapers, clothes, and other essentials for all the children in the household. The cost of living in Gaza is extremely high, making it nearly impossible for families like Mehdi’s to access the care and supplies they desperately need. Even the smallest donations help. This is a time sensitive and ongoing effort. By helping those who are in the greatest need, in one of the most dispossessed places on earth, our own reward is beyond measure. Please share this with others, even if you cannot donate. If you would like to keep up with Mehdi on Instagram, his handle is @ola_mahdi_.2002 Thank you for your kindness and consideration. PS: All donations will go towards the humanitarian needs of Mehdi and his family and are in no way, shape or form connected to any aspect of the armed conflict that has wracked the Gaza Strip and the wider region. The funds will be sent to Mehdi through my own bank account, via Paypal and local money exchange services.

Hello, I am Mustafa Qadih, from the Gaza strip. My family and I have suffered greatly because of the harsh conditions imposed by the genocide against my people. We have lost our home in this and now live among rubble, with meager pieces of cloth covering our bodies, a lack of food, medicine, and even the most basic survival needs. Despite the loss of supporting infrastructure and the breakdown of society, the needs of my family continue. My extended family includes dozens of children. Without any income, there is little hope to significantly improve our situation. We need winter supplies, especially blankets, clothing, tarp, and a gas cylinder (for heating and cooking) which costs up to $300 per item, along with daily food and other necessities. I hope you can help us - even if its just $1, or sharing my campaign. The children are at the most risk and experience the most suffering. Thank you for reading this and for thinking of us. May your days be filled with happiness and health.

Hello, my name is Fanta Sillah and I am from the coast of the Gambia. The Gambia, located in west Africa, is a small country that straddles the river of the same name. Poverty and hunger have long been issues here. I am 18 years old, soon to be 19. My brothers and my sister have been orphans ever since we lost our parents when I was young, and I have had to assume the role of caretaker for them.  Life has been crazy and difficult...and every day is a struggle. I am doing my best to find whatever safe employment is available in my area. In the meantime, I am sorry that I have to ask for donations in order to feed my siblings and myself. We are hungry and do not have any income or any safety net. Until I find work and the means to support myself, you are our lifeline.  Thank you for reading. If you cannot donate, please share this campaign to others. Bless you. --Fanta
Hello, this fundraiser is for my friend Ahmed Al-Fayoumi. Ahmed is a 25 year old nursing student who was in school before Israel's offensive began in 2023. During this time Ahmed's father lost his job and Ahmed himself was shot in the arm. An evacuation order was given. He followed the order, and as he was attempting to leave the area, an IDF conscript in a Merkava tank fired upon him with a machine gun. The result is pictured above, and has never properly healed. Ahmed has 3 brothers and 4 sisters. This fundraiser is aimed at raising money to buy medicine, food, and basic needs in order to support himself and his family. Additionally, Ahmed hopes to save up enough to obtain proper medical treatment and surgery for his arm, which will require leaving Gaza. Any amount that one can donate is appreciated and will go towards this effort. Thank you for reading!
Hello, my name is Malik Kamel and I am a 23 year old computer engineering student. I am also a Palestinian in Gaza. I once held ambitious dreams and hopes for the future; for both myself and my family. But Israel's ongoing offensive from 2023 to the present turned my life upside down. I lost my father, part of our home was destroyed, and I suffered a serious head injury — a skull fracture that resulted in brain injury which, in turn, caused me to lose vision in my right eye. Since that moment things have never been the same. The physical pain is constant, the psychological torment is impossible to describe, my responsibilities are all heavier, and the path forward is more difficult. I am doing my best to hold on to hope and to continue my studies despite my injuries. Every bit of support from the outside world is a light in this darkness. Every donation is a chance for a new and continued life, which I refuse to give up on. Please help me to stand again, to continue my journey, and to prove that hope is stronger than hate. Thank you for reading. Malik --- ----- --- Campaign Manager's Note: Malik is the brother of my friend Muhannad Kamel, who also lives in the Gaza strip. Funds typically, and in this case, are sent to Gaza via an in-country contact (in Israel, Egypt, Jordan, etc.) - usually a family member or friend - who works with local cash exchange merchants. Cash exchange establishments in Gaza typically take a commission ranging from 15-30% before giving the funds to the recipient.
