I am raising funds for Christians in the Dominican Republic who do not have the support or resources to build a church. Many in their community have been dreaming of a place where they can gather, worship, and support one another, but they simply do not have the means to make it happen on their own. The need is urgent, as they lack a safe and welcoming space to come together and grow in faith. This church will be more than just a building—it will be a center for hope, healing, and connection.

With your support, we will be able to help them purchase essential building materials like bags of concrete, sand, concrete blocks, and pay for the laborers who will bring this vision to life. Beyond serving as a place of worship, the church will also provide medical care and food to those in need, making a real difference in the lives of many families. By coming together, we can help create a lasting impact and share the Gospel of Christ with everyone in their community.

I invite you to be part of this mission and this story. Your generosity will help build a foundation for faith, hope, and service. I am deeply grateful to everyone who donates and supports them on this journey. Thank you for believing in their vision and for helping make it a reality.

Help Create a Place of Worship and Healing

Hi, my name is Angelina De La Cruz. On December 8th, 2021 at 5:50 pm my father passed away. This lost was very sudden, one second he was going to the Mexican market for a soda and medicine for a stomach ache and the next he was gone. This terrible tragedy has been extremely difficult for my mother, Candida, my siblings Emelyn, Steven, Diana, Grey, family, and friends. My father, Ambiorix De La Cruz, was beautiful man with a good soul and loveable laugh. He was a compassionate man who was taken from our lives way too soon. He was a kind, loving, caring husband, father, brother, and grandfather. He was born in the Dominican Republic and emigrated to the United States at a young age. He loved his family and enjoyed our get-togethers. He loved to cook, especially seafood for the love of his life, Candida. He enjoyed fishing in Florida and raising fish in his freshwater aquarium. My father also loved listening to Bob Marley music. He was also very artistic and enjoyed abstract and landscape painting. All he ever wanted was to do right by the people by him and give back to the people around him. This lost was very unexpected and has broken so many hearts. My father would hate that we are creating this fundraiser because he was all about giving to other people and not worrying about himself, that's the type of man he was. We are creating the GoFundMe because we have had several people reach out to us and asked where they can contribute. I know these donation will help my family out so much and mean a lot to my Papi to know that there are others out there who care about his family almost like he did.
