My name is Karamo, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your help. I live with my younger siblings, and we have been struggling on our own since we lost our parents. Recently, my younger sister had a very serious accident in the forest while we were out working. She was badly injured and has lost a lot of blood. Right now, she needs urgent medical treatment, but we do not have the money to take her to the hospital and get the care she needs.
