<div>He had been having chest pains for three days. He had been diagnosed with emphysema and bronchitis, but none of us thought we would lose him so soon. I was on the other side of the world when it happened, and I still can't fully believe it.

<div>I haven't seen my dad in four years. I was counting down to this December, when I planned to fly home and hug him again. Now I'm too late for that reunion. The heartbreak of not having been there, of not getting to say goodbye, is something I carry every minute.

<div>My dad was a businessman and a farmer, and the pillar of our family. He believed in education more than anything. He sold his land, including our ancestral land, so my siblings and I could go to school. Even when he was sick, he still made sure we got there. When we were small, he walked us to primary school himself to make sure we were safe. Everything I am working toward, I owe to him.

<div>Now my family is grieving, and I need to be with them. I want to stand beside my mother and siblings, help lay my father to rest, and honor the man who gave so much for us. But I have to cover emergency flights and funeral costs with almost no notice, and that is more than I can manage alone.

Praise God that she is now home with her family! What some of you may not know, is that due to Rachel's current work situation, she will have to use Cobra insurance to help cover the expenses accrued for her and Khloe's hospital stay. Unfortunately, this is an expensive insurance plan. In addition to this, Rachel will not be receiving any pay for her time off during maternity leave. I am asking anybody who is able to help uplift this sweet family financially to please do so. I know that this family is loved by many, and I know that with generous hearts we can help them to have "one less thing to worry about" during an already stressful time. Luca’s NICU bills and Morgan’s funeral expenses

<div>On Saturday December 3rd, McKenzie, Kirsten, (Kirsten's sister), and their dog Theo were in a life changing car accident involving a drunk driver who hit them head on going the opposite direction on Business 40. This accident has left all of them with many life altering injuries, surgeries, and growing medical bills. The drunk driver did not have insurance which makes this situation even harder on them. Their road to recovery is going to be treacherous and long and they will need help from family and friends. I hired McKenzie many years ago with Lowes Foods, and I have watched her grow with the company successfully. She is currently my Assistant Beef Shoppe Manager in Kernersville. Our Lowes Foods Family is gathering together to help all of them out and we are all hoping that many of you will find it in your hearts to help these ladies out. Last night, my family recently received the worse news we can possibly imagine. The sudden passing of Derek Cosme. My baby brother, Derek also know by many as Go-Go, has left behind an amazing mother Luz, and his four sisters, Tahessha, Shadarra, Kristal, and my self, Jasmine. Who he adored and loved so much. He was only 15 years old taken suddenly from us. He was very outgoing, friendly, smart and just loved by so many. No family should carry such a burden alone. We are asking for help to relieve our family of the stress of these expenses, for all who loved Derek and our family to come together to provide a beautiful ceremony that he deserves. There is no possible way to describe how my family and I are feeling but his memories will forever live through us and our hearts. We greatly appreciate any help in this delicate time.
