Chase

This little fella is Kiako, she was found alongside highway 42 unresponsive on the road. We believe she had been previously struck by a car prior to finding her. Kiako suffers an abrasion on the left side of her skull, companied by a deep cut along her neck, and a severely broken, maggot infested leg. After rushing her to the vet they had told us alongside this, she had also been suffering from a terrible upper respiratory infection, kidney failure, dehydration, and emaciation. After 5 hours they had told us all the surgeries needed (leg amputation, stitching) and overall medicine would cost around $5,000. Being myself only, having to pay out of pocket for each of these rescues gets hard. As with the increasing prices in food, gas, and overall living I've finally stepped up to ask for help. Any amount will help towards giving Kiako the support and love she needs.
