<div>Hi everyone, my name is Aja. I’m a 31-year-old disabled mom of two, and we’ve been homeless for almost 2 years now. It’s been a long and difficult journey, but we finally have the opportunity to move into an apartment and start rebuilding our lives.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>We’re asking for help raising $2,800 to cover the move-in costs and application fees. This will give my kids and me a safe, stable place to call home — something we’ve been praying for every day.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Anything you can give, big or small, will go directly toward securing our apartment and creating a better, more stable future for my children. Even sharing this campaign means so much to us.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for any support you can offer. ❤️

</div>

Help Aja and Kids Find a Home After 2 Years

<p>Hello kind people, this gofundme is for my friend Penny, she is a severely disabled traumatized trans women who is physically unable to work most jobs I'm trying to raise money for rent so she can stay housed. Please help her afford rent and other expenses to stay off the street.
</p><br />
<p>Penny has undiagnosed ME/CFS (Myalgic Encephomyelitis/ Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) if you know anything about this condition you know that it can become impossible to work when the condition develops to a certain severity, which is most common when people arent able to rest sufficiently. I.e, low income, and marginalized people. Those who cant afford to take time to rest and give their bodies care, become chronicly fatigued to the point where the condition is sometimes refered to as a living death.
</p><br />
<p>In a few days without help, she will be turned out onto the streets. So I am once again asking for your support. If even you are able to donate just 50 cents or a few dollars, it can make a difference. Thank you all.

Fund Shelter for a Disabled Trans Woman

<div>Hi, my name is Andreea and I am fundraising on behalf of Hala

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>My name is Hala Alagha I'm 19 years old I used to dream of many things simple but beautiful, I wanted to study nutrition at the university because I graduated from high school in 2023 with a grade of 94.9% in the scientific stream. I also loved cooking and sweets, so much I always imagined myself opening a small sweets shop one day filling it with cakes and chocolate , and the smell of fresh pastries. My dreams were bright and so close to becoming real, but in one moment the war came and everything was destroyed.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I live with my family we are six and with my grandmother we are seven. My father worked as a trader, he had a small warehouse where he distributed chips and goods to supermarkets. This warehouse, his only source of income, was stolen and burned . My mother is an English teacher her school was partially destroyed and most of the teachers and students became martyrs. Schools in Gaza are no longer schools, they turned into shelters for displaced families since the war began she has not been able to work.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>The bombing doesn't stop, it is everywhere, in every city,every street, there is no safe place in Gaza. No matter what the occupation claims, every day we hear the sound of explosions, every night the sky burns.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>My brother Yasser was supposed to start his final year in high school, but the war stole even that. He tries to study online but there is no electricity, no internet, no chance. My sister Jood is so talented in drawing, she lost all her drawings because of the war. My little sister Yosra should be going to school like other girls her age, but instead she spends her days helping us collect water and firewood. Some of her classmates became martyrs and others had to leave.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>My grandmother can't walk and her medicine has been missing since the beginning of the war, she takes weak replacements that only make her weaker. We already lost my grandfather in this war and I can't imagine losing more

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>We have been displaced more than eight times moving from Khan , to Mawasi, to Deir al Balah, and then back to the north during a short truce, but the war came back even stronger. My grandfather’s house was completely destroyed and now we are trapped in the north under siege. They tell us to go south but where do we go, when we do not even have a tent to cover us.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I can't understand how life can change in just one moment we once lived simply but beautifully with love hope and a future, and suddenly it was all taken away. How can a person lose their home, their income, their country, their dreams, all in a single moment? How can everything turn into nothing?

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I was once a girl with dreams dreams bright like the sky, dreams of university , of sweets, of building a future with my own hands. Now I stand between strength and pain, holding on to hope, even in sorrow my only dream now is to save my family and keep them alive!

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Thank you for giving us a chance

</div>

<div>Hala

A piece of hope for a place full of memories

<div>My name is Karina, and I am organizing this fundraiser on behalf of my good friend’s mother in Gaza. She is pictured here with four of her grandchildren, my friend’s nephews.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I can provide verification to anyone who messages me. Please see Su’ad’s message below:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am so sorry to take up your time and I’m very shy to ask for help, but this war has left me with no choice…
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Su’ad Mohammed. I’m 62 years old and I live in Gaza, Palestine. I have eight children. I used to be a lecturer in higher education, inspiring students with knowledge and hope. But since the tragic events of October 7, our lives have been turned upside down. More than 600 days of relentless war have passed without a single moment of peace.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>At first, I survived hour by hour, not knowing if I would see the next. Fifty days into the conflict, soldiers entered our city. I fled with my family under a hail of bombs and bullets. I saw tanks looming like monstrous beasts, their shells piercing bodies as if they were glowing spears of fire. Death surrounded us at every turn… until we reached Rafah.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In Rafah, we tasted every shade of humiliation and despair. We erected tents—not for camping, but to survive. We endured hunger, oppression, and a searing sun that offered no mercy. When we returned home, there was nothing left—no house, no furniture, not even a single book. My family and I slept on bare ground, tormented by hunger, thirst, and scorching heat.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now, after more than 500 days of shattered dignity, unending bombardment, and total destruction, I appeal to your compassionate hearts to help me and my eight children. Help us to fill our empty stomachs. Help me rebuild hope from these ruins.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every donation, no matter how small, will make a profound difference. Together, we can create a new beginning, rising from the ashes of suffering to bring unquenchable light back to Gaza.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please don’t let the world’s silence be our final story. Your generosity is our lifeline. I am waiting and hoping.
</div>

</div>
<div>Chuffed does not take funds from the campaign, so when you donate there, all of your money goes straight to Ali!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hello! My name is Alia, and I recently took over managing this campaign from Dante. This fundraiser is for Ali and his family. Below is a message from Ali describing his situation and daily life throughout the war.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hello, I am Ali, I live in Gaza, I am 24 years old, from a family of 9 people. I want to talk to you about my suffering since October 7th, this will ease my burden a lot. Since the beginning of the war, I lost my job as a sales representative and I no longer have anything to spend on myself and my family. I was displaced from my home in eastern Khan Yunis on 10/24. I was forced to leave my home suddenly under the threat of planes that destroy everything. I fled and left all my dreams and hopes in one moment. My home was destroyed during the random bombing, and I now live in a shelter affiliated with the Relief Agency, me and my family, in an area of less than 4 meters and a shared bathroom with 30 families. We wait 40 minutes to enter the bathroom once a day. We were suffering from insects, a shortage of drinking water, and severe pollution due to overcrowding and other things.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/84314173_1733189009481438_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On 12/27, despite the fact that I live in a humanitarian place affiliated with the United Nations, the army forces stormed the humanitarian displacement center where I live and displaced families at gunpoint. They beat me and insulted me racistly. My family and I fled in a dark night amidst the bullets, shells, and huge and terrifying explosions. I did not know where to go. I had to save my family from certain death and find a safe place to take refuge in.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/84314173_1733189055324913_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div><br />

<div><br />
</div>
<div>After that, we started making a small house out of wood, cloth and plastic that does not protect us from the heat of summer or the cold of the coming winter. Now I live in this unlivable house, in addition to my sick mother. Now we suffer from shortness of breath because of the fire we light every day to prepare food, and the lack of gas except at high prices. We also suffer from malnutrition, as the cost of one chicken in Gaza is $80, one carton of milk is $30, and one egg is $3. I walk 20 minutes every day to bring water, charge my phone and complete the basics of daily life, and we spend a lot because the prices are high and there is no source of income. We suffer from the difficulty of transportation and the lack of hospitals, health centers and medicines.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/84314173_1733189133994501_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Now my family and I dream of living in a warm house with electricity, water, food and proper medicine and to have the basics of life Please donate to help my family survive the war and meet our basic needs. We hope you all can help us get out of Gaza and I will be grateful, thank you.</strong>

Help Ali Survive and Evacuate Gaza - MOVED TO CHUFFED

<div>I am Ahmed Mahmoud,34 years old, from Gaza, married with four children. I support my children. My children need the basics of life. I currently live in a tent after losing my home due to the occupation. My children and I have been displaced more than once, but fear, hunger, and the occupation. I want my children to live a dignified life. I ask you to help me save them from this hell.
</div>

Help me save my children from death in the Gaza war

<div>My name is Mohammad Taysir Al-Anqar ‍♂️
</div>
<div>I am 35 years old, married to Basma Issa , and the father of three children:
</div>
<div>Joud, 5 years old
</div>
<div>Yazan, 4 years old
</div>
<div>Taysir, our youngest, just 5 months old born amidst the horrors of war ️ and named after his grandfather who was martyred
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I used to work as a mobile app developer a profession that filled me with pride and was our only source of income . It helped us build dreams ✨ and feel safe. We lived in a beautiful home , full of laughter and memories, until war destroyed everything
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our beloved home turned to rubble
</div>
<div>We lost everything: our belongings , official documents , even our identity . All our memories… gone
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We were displaced seven times , fleeing relentless bombing , seeking safety but there was none.
</div>
<div>My children asked me
</div>
<div>Why do we live like this? Why all this destruction
</div>
<div>I had no answer
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now, the merciless summer sun ☀️ scorches us or the freezing winter ❄️ chills us to the bone. We live in fragile tents ⛺ that offer no shelter
</div>
<div>We are starving no clean water , no food , and prices are unimaginably high ⚠️.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It breaks my heart that baby Taysir can’t find milk or even diapers to sleep peacefully .
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are witnessing a slow death… We can’t even retrieve or renew our crushed documents under the rubble it would take huge amounts of money we don’t have
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please, hear our cry
</div>
<div>We urgently need
</div>
<div>Food &amp; clean water
</div>
<div>Baby milk &amp; diapers for Taysir
</div>
<div>Legal &amp; financial help to recover our lost documents
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>‍‍‍ My children are my heartbeat… They are a spark of hope for a life of dignity, safety, and peace ️
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But we are on the edge of collapse unless someone extends a helping hand
</div>
<div>I beg those with kind hearts: Be our support. Catch us before we fall
</div>
<div>Give us warmth , the sustenance of life , and a thread of hope
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please say to the world
</div>
<div>You are not alone… Don’t die in silence.
</div>
<div>These words, though filled with sorrow , are a bridge from our hearts to yours ❤️
</div>
<div>We are human our children want to live , not grow up in tents that rob them of childhood
</div>
<div>Be our light. Ease our pain. Give my children a future
</div>

Save My Family from the War Nightmare in Gaza

<div>Hi, my name is Megan (she/her), and I'm fundraising on behalf of Ace (name has been changed for privacy) and his friends, who reside in Eastern Africa. I met Ace through Twitter, where he works to raise awareness for the queer refugees in Kakuma.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Life in Kakuma is quite hard, as homophobia and hatred put these vulnerable refugees in danger daily. Food, medicines, clothes, and even building supplies are difficult to come by, and these refugees rely almost wholly on outside support. The UNHCR has not followed through with offers of help, and the future is quite uncertain for these refugees.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Ace, my dear friend, has written the following text about living in Kakuma. He fled Uganda at just 17 years old and has been in Kakuma for over two years. He describes some of the attacks the community has faced and what daily life is like.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Ace (he/him). I'm a Ugandan by nationality and LGBTIQ activist, leader and representative here in Kenya, Kakuma refugee camp, where I came to seek àsylum due to high risk of insecurities and the Uganda policy not endorsing gay rights.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Kakuma refugee camp is located in north-western Turkana county of Kenya, East Africa. It has over 200,000 refugees, among which over 1000 are the LGBT who have been victims of HOMOPHOBIA and arson attacks.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We have faced a lot of homophobia in this environment, from fellow refugees and the Kenyan natives. The bigotry has been reported several times to the people responsible, including police, Danish refugee camp (DRC), RAS(refugee affairs secretariat)and UNHCR. However, help is still in vain, and authorities say that they're still investigating about our cause together with insecurities that we've got. This has made us seek support from fellow LGBTIQ organizations and individual heart full people to attain medication from private hospitals in the camp.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Additionally, food provided to us by the UNHCR through WFP is very little to sustain us for a month as distributed. Thus seeking for support to overcome food scarcity and hunger. We will be very glad to receive any positive feedback in terms of advice, advocacy and spreading awareness or any other support!
</div>
<div>Thanks.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>LIFE AT KAKUMA REFUGEE CAMP
</div>
<div>Generally, life at Kakuma refugee camp is extremely hard for the LGBTQI community due to rampart HOMOPHOBIA within the camp. This is witnessed by daily attacks by homophobic fellow refugees and the co-host community.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>LGBTQI refugees live under great fear whereby we're being targeted by homophobes (mostly the transgenders and crossdressers are at higher risk). This has resulted in severe injuries and permanent scars and infliction of massive pain on people's bodies because these homophobes ambush when armed with machetes, stones, metallic rods and other harmful objects. In due course, property was lost, and even lives were lost.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>So far we've lost three of our mates already. This was witnessed when two LGBTQI refugees were set on fire where they suffered third-degree burns. This resulted in one losing his life, and the other is on life support in a hospital up to now, struggling with scars.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On that, sexual harassment has also been witnessed here at Kakuma refugee camp to the LGBTQI community, where lesbians on several occasions have been raped on multiple occasions. This has made Kakuma the most hostile land for LGBTQI community beyond a reasonable doubt.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Furthermore, LGBTQI community live under great suffering due to the fact they are willing to work to earn a living but fail to get employment opportunities due to their sexual orientation. This has made life so much hard for the minority group being marginalized amidst this arid area of Kakuma. We have faced various attacks from homophobes and illnesses related to poor living standards.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Though, despite all the misery, we try to find some time to kill the stress when celebrating official LGBTIQ days and festivals, in case support is available.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In conclusion, I'm so glad to share this with you and thank you so much for taking the time to read this.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I request you to continue being supportive by sharing more of our stories and experiences with others, signing our petition, and also donating to us if possible for us to find some food supplies and other necessities for life maintenance.
