Bondi Family Tornado Recovery

FIRST AND FOREMOST. THIS IS TO KEPT FROM MY FATHER UNTIL IT IS OVER.<br /><br />A few months ago, some punks stole my dad's trailer with everything inside of it needed for his work. He estimated the loss to about $10K including the tools and the trailer itself. If you know my dad, you know he is very proud and would be absolutely mortified if he know about this fundraiser. I've set the goal low so he won't be too mad at me but if you know him you know he is sweet and will always help out others when they need it. So now it's time for us to help him! <p><br />Thanks for stopping by. Since Sully was a puppy, he has had numerous cases where he would get “dizzy” and nearly pass out. As these episodes started to become more frequent,  we had it checked out. We were told by our vet that there was no issue with his health and that he just wasn’t getting enough oxygen to his brain, primarily due to his breed. We recently brought him to our vet again, where a new vet checked him out for an unrelated issue and he discovered a potential heart murmur. Unfortunately we have now gotten some bad news regarding Sullivan’s health.
</p>

<p><br />We had to take him to a specialist in our area and It turns out that Sully has a severe case case of pulmonic stenosis. In fact, his case registers as the most extreme on the severity scale. We will be taking him to the University of Tennessee to proceed with heart surgery where the surgeons will inflate a balloon in order to get his pulmonary artery to open up larger so that his heart isn’t stressing as much to pump blood to his lungs. 
</p>

<p>This was a very difficult decision to proceed with heart surgery, as there is no guarantee of a permanent fix. We are optimistic that a successful surgery can allowSullivan to have a life expectancy near that of the average English Bulldog.   <br /><br />As you can imagine, multiple visits to the vet, specialists, and now UT for surgery have taken a considerable toll to our finances and we are currently seeking donations from friends and family  This is obviously not a great time for anybody financially but if you have anything to spare we, and Sully, certainly appreciate it  <br /><br />Sincerely, <br /><br />Jess and Shane

Sully’s Medical Bills

Atticus AKA The Bittens got hit by a car a couple of nights ago. When I took him to the vet, I found out he had dislocated his left hip, broken his tail and also had severe nerve damage in his front right paw. He's lucky to be alive.He has been in the ICU at Nashville Veterinary Specialists for the last 48 hours and needs surgery very badly. After surgery, he can come home but I will need to closely monitor him for a few weeks and start rehab for his nerve-damaged paw. Amputating his tail as well as his front right leg might also be necessary later down the road.For those of you that have met Atticus, you know he is one of a kind. Atticus was my first fur baby and we've been through a lot. Together, we have road tripped across the country 3 times, lived in 3 different states and seen 4 national parks. I couldn't imagine life without him. He's more than just a cat, he's family. With surgery and rehab, he could live happily for another 10 years+. Please help donate to Atticus' cause. I hate asking people for help, especially when it comes to money, but I don't know what else to do. Any amount donated is greatly appreciated.

If you know Allen Thompson you know that he is probably the friendliest face in all of East Nashville. His genuine kindness and positivity is rivaled only by his excellent musicianship. Allen is a friend to everyone and it's no secret that he's probably everyone's favorite in town as well. Recently, Allen went cliff jumping and hit the water in such a way where he shattered a vertabrae which required immediate surgery to fix. The next couple months for Allen (who works as a server/bartender outside of his touring band's schedule) can be made significantly easier if we can all give just a little bit. Supporting Allen is not only supporting the musical community here in Nashville, but is giving to someone who truly deserves it.
