<div>I’m fundraising for Les who is 83 years old and still working 4 days a week, at Loews, he is also a veteran. Heartbreakingly he’s looking to go full time as the bills just aren’t covering life.

<div>He’s having to work to take care of his sick wife and pay back countless medical bills, that have just pilled up and he never thought he’d be in a position where he has to work full time at 84 years old to save his home so they have somewhere to live.

<div>Les is one of a kind, and one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. He helped me even though he was struggling, I’m hoping our community can come together and make his dream come true of retiring so he can spend the time he has left with his wife. After all that is what life is about, spending time with those you love.

<div>"My husband, Randolph “Randy” Brewington, is a proud U.S. Army Veteran now living with Alzheimer’s disease. As his condition worsens, our days are filled with doctor visits, medications, and constant care. It has changed every part of our lives.
</div>

<div>Recently, we faced the risk of losing our home after nearly 29 years. Medical expenses caused us to fall behind on our mortgage. We were offered a loan modification, but the new payment is more than we can afford on our fixed income from Social Security and my partial retirement.
</div>

<div>I am also managing multiple sclerosis, which requires ongoing treatments, medications, and frequent testing. The co-pays alone have become a heavy burden. Together, our medical needs have made it harder to keep up with daily expenses.
</div>

<div>This home means everything to us. We were married in the morning and moved in that same day. It is where we raised our son, welcomed our grandchildren, and built a lifetime of memories. Even our beloved dog of 13 years is laid to rest in our backyard.

<div>As Randy slowly loses his memories, my greatest wish is for him to stay in the place where those memories were made. We are asking for help through prayers, sharing, or support if you are able. Every act of kindness brings us closer to keeping our home."
