<div>We are fundraising for a <strong>student-led humanitarian initiative by Malaysians studying in the UK</strong> called <strong>Pentas Sunda: Aceh</strong>, organised under ISMA Eropah, a UK-based NGO empowering Malaysian students to become future leaders in collaboration with Komuniti Dakwah Tarbiah, a Malaysia-based NGO dedicated to community development, education, and humanitarian work

<div><strong><em>Why Do We Care About Aceh?</em></strong>
</div>
<div>Aceh is one of the most disaster-prone regions in Southeast Asia due to its location along the <em>Sunda megathrust fault line</em>. In <strong>late 2025,</strong> <strong>devastating floods and landslides</strong> struck Aceh and much of northern Sumatra after days of extreme rainfall, forcing over a <strong>million people</strong> to <strong>evacuate and damaging homes,</strong> roads, and essential infrastructure.

<div>Many families are still struggling to recover from the l<strong>oss of shelter, income, and food security.</strong> Recovery is ongoing, but vulnerable communities remain underserved and in <strong>urgent need of support.</strong>

<div>We aim to serve over <strong>500 families</strong> across Northern Aceh, Eastern Aceh, and Tamiang through:

<div>2. Constructing a public bore well and supporting mosque facilities
</div>
<div>3. Raising awareness through media and field research
