Mango is my 2-month-old orange kitten, and he means the world to my family. We found him under a car, covered in oil and infested with fleas, and brought him home to give him a second chance. After lots of love and care, Mango became a healthy, energetic kitten who filled our home with joy. My son loves to play and feed him, treating Mango like his own baby. Mango quickly became a big part of our little family, and we can't imagine life without him. About three weeks after we took him in, I noticed Mango started to slow down. He became more calm and sleepy than usual, and three days ago, he developed severe diarrhea. The diarrhea has really taken a toll on him—he barely has any energy left. While he’s still eating and drinking, it’s less than before, and the smell of his diarrhea is very strong. I’m worried because I know how quickly kittens can go downhill when they’re sick. As the head of my household, I’m doing my best to keep up with bills and rent, but I just don’t have enough left over for an unexpected vet bill. I knew taking in a kitten could come with challenges, but I couldn’t leave Mango alone in the street. He deserves a chance to get better and live a happy life. I’m not asking for much—just enough to cover his vet visit, vaccinations, and treatment for what could possibly be Giardia. Any support you can give would mean so much to us and help Mango get the care he needs to recover.
