Joe and Nicole live in Silver Lake, a little town with less than 200 people in the High Deserts of Oregon. There's no work here, and they are struggling immensely to get by. They have many health issues with no access to medical centers, little food, and no vehicle. I have given what I can, but it's nowhere near enough to get them out of this situation.
