I am raising funds for my household—myself, my wife, and my autistic daughter. Recently, I had my gallbladder removed, and what was supposed to be a simple surgery turned into something much more complicated. Instead of a 1-2 week recovery, I was cut more wide open and now face an 8-12 week recovery. I've already been off work for 5 weeks and my savings are almost gone. The pressure is really on, and with everything so expensive—gas, groceries—I don't know what to do. I have no family to ask for help and am trying to stay strong for my wife and autistic daughter, but it's so stressful.
