<div>This isn’t easy to write for a list of reasons and I know it is a bit of a long read, but if you believe in doing the right thing, please read on and know that even the time you take to read this is genuinely appreciated. You have the opportunity to be a part of the resolution to an INCREDIBLE abuse of power and injustice. I understand that this is going to create vulnerability for my brother with this situation now being made public, but I believe it's time. He really needs help; more than I, or anyone in his family can offer. I have prayed about it and I believe it is the right thing to do.

<div>Please open your heart and imagine if this were happening to your brother, or someone you care deeply for whose life is being taken from them and is having to endure pain that no one would wish on their worst enemy. He needs help, resources, and above all; some grace. I have all the love in the world for my brother, but I don't have much else to offer other than my support in whatever way I can. I now wish I would have started a GoFundMe campaign sooner.

<div>Robert is one of the best men I’ve ever known. Not just in a casual “he’s a great guy” kind of way.. but the kind of man who quietly gives without asking for anything back. The kind who shows up. The kind who loves hard, works harder, and never backs away from doing what’s right.

<div>He’s been that way my whole life. I’ve always looked up to him. I’ve admired the way he’s handled his work, fatherhood, and even heartbreak; with strength and humility. He's the kind of Dad every child deserves. The kind of big brother every kid hopes for.

<div>But for the last four and a half years, I’ve watched him go through something no good father should ever have to face.
</div>

<div>In October of 2021, while attending his father’s funeral in Illinois, Robert’s wife filed for divorce in California.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>That moment triggered a chain of events that has taken nearly everything from him; his home, belongings, his connection to his sons, and over $1 million in tax-free "support" payments. But the part that hurts the most?
</div>

</div>
<div>He hasn’t been allowed to see his children. No visitation. No holidays. No graduations. Nothing. <strong>A person in jail gets to see their kids more than my brother.</strong>
</div>

</div>
<div>He was accused of harassment and breaking into his own house when he went to drop off a basketball hoop and ham for his boys for Christmas in 2021. He never even got the opportunity to go back home and collect his clothes and personal belongings, or his great-grandfather’s WWI memorial flag.

</div>
<div>You're probably thinking, "Come on, none of this happens without someone committing some sort of crime or posing some sort of danger.." Nope. And that is why this is so twisted. Robert has <strong>NO</strong> criminal record. He never has. Not now. Not ever.
</div>

<div>The police reports actually show that he was the one physically attacked. He never raised a hand. Never even raised his voice. But somehow, he’s the one who’s been erased. How is this possible!? I have no idea. It shouldn't be. Which is why I am here, typing this.
</div>

</div>
<div>To make matters worse, his ex’s new partner (a DUI attorney) met privately with the judge handling their case. After that private meeting, Robert was hit with a <strong>5-year restraining order</strong>, and a <strong>$440,000 judgment</strong>. On top of that, he was also ordered to pay her legal fees of <strong>$125,000, for her lawyer.</strong> This is <strong>AFTER</strong> having already paid <strong>$750,000 to her, tax free.</strong> A formal complaint was filed, but nothing came of it. This is a serious case of <strong>injustice</strong>, <strong>conspiracy</strong>, <strong>abuse of power</strong> and <strong>manipulation</strong>.

<div>It seems like at every step of this process, my brother has not had much support or opportunity for justice, on his side, but the one thing he does have is the <strong>truth</strong>. We remain faithful that God will reveal the truth and that righteousness and justice will prevail. But at this point, this has all taken a heavy toll. When it comes to right and wrong, wrong is winning.

<div>If you believe in standing up to injustice, please help however you're able. If you cannot donate or feel as though there's nothing you could do, please just pray for him, for justice, for resolution, and for truth.

<div>Please pray for his sons. Who knows what those boys have been told. But please pray for them that they will know in their hearts of their father loves them. I assume she has manipulated them too, but I cannot speak for them. And I cannot make any claims. I do however know enough to know that if this whole thing could be put in front of the right set of eyes, the truth would be uncovered in this insane situation of manipulation, abuse of power, conspiracy, and injustice. So please at least consider sharing this with anyone you know. At this point, as vulnerable as it is, the more eyes the better. With the truth on his side, I believe justice will somehow prevail.

<div>Robert’s appeal has officially been filed for almost a year now, along with the divorce which has been ongoing for over 4 yrs.
</div>

<div>He hasn’t seen his younger son in over 3.5 years, and his older son in over a year.
</div>

<div>Before all this, Robert was their everything; driving them to school, making meals, helping with homework, and saving for their futures. Even when everything was falling apart around him, he kept showing up and he still is as much as possible.
</div>

</div>
<div>He has always been the active parent who without any complaint, was far more involved in actively raising them. He has been the <strong>SOLE</strong> person contributing to their futures financially. He has been the only one to contribute.
</div>

</div>
<div>For 21 years, Robert has worked at the same company, surviving 14 layoffs, and leading teams of over 100 people. His work ethic, loyalty, and integrity speak for themselves. He is not a violent dangerous criminal but a loving father, brother, and son.
</div>

</div>
<div>This fundraiser is about more than just legal fees; it’s about helping a father stand back up and fight for his basic rights as a human being. I really feel he is at a point where he needs help. He has shown such an example of resilience and perseverance through this but it has taken an incredible toll on him.

<div>Your dad loves you. He misses you so deeply. There hasn’t been a single day he hasn’t thought of you both. He’s so incredibly proud of you; who you are, and who you’re becoming.

<div>One day, the truth will be clear. I believe God will bring everything into the light.
</div>
<div>But until then, I pray that God wraps you in His protection. That He keeps your hearts soft, your bodies safe, and your minds full of peace. May you somehow feel your father’s love, because it’s never stopped, not for one second.
