<div>I’ve known Lili and her family since high school. We met through church and religion classes, and I’ve always admired how close knit and caring their family is. No family should ever have to face what they are going through right now, which is why I’m asking for your help.

<div>On December 11th, Lili’s father, Roberto, was taken by ICE and is currently being detained at Clark County Jail in Jeffersonville. Despite having no charges against him and a judge ordering his release on bond, the facility—now an immigration detention center—has refused to let him go. Roberto has lived in the United States for 25 years, has a spotless record, and has always contributed to his community, paying taxes and following the same rules as any American. He is the main provider for the family, and with Lili’s mom not working, the burden on them has become overwhelming.

<div>I've been going through some insanely rough patches in my life these past few weeks. To start, my car was stolen from the front of my house. They took everything: my battery, the back trunk, the gas, smashed my windows, and took my airbag and radio. The car was fully paid off, and my insurance said they would not cover it because I didn't have a very specific coverage for it being stolen from the front of my house.

<div>This caused me to have to walk, take the bus pretty much everywhere, and bike, which I did not mind. Until recently, when I was attacked while walking home from Pride by a bunch of young people who poured some sort of hot liquid on my foot during the attack. This has caused severe nerve damage in my foot. I am in constant pain and can barely walk in any capacity. I have a bunch of pain medication, but I need surgery to get my foot fixed because the damage is really intense.

<div>I literally can no longer live in my city. I am hurt, damaged, and pretty traumatized from everything that has happened. This GoFundMe is for surgery, a new car, and to help me move out of this cursed city that I feel is trying to take me out.

<div>Hey everyone! It is with a heavy heart we are having to create this fundraiser for Keith. His cancer is back. Keith has received the results of his scans and can now confirm the return of four cancerous tumors. two are located near his diaphragm and two on his liver. He will need daily medicine, weekly labs, monthly scans, and possibly more surgeries. That is why we are reaching out to the larger community that knows and loves Keith. All of the donations are going directly to Keith for him to use as he needs while he battles cancer. Keith's Fight Against Cancer

<div>On April 17, 2025, Greysi Silva Rivas —a beloved wife, devoted mother, cherished grandmother, and hardworking member of our community—was tragically killed by a drunk driver while driving home from her night shift as a janitor around 3am. She was 66 years old.

<div>Greysi was a mother of two and a second mother to her grandson, whom she helped raise with deep love and sacrifice. She worked tirelessly to support her family and was taken from them in the most unjust and heartbreaking way.
</div>

</div>
<div>The crash occurred when a wrong-way driver, under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, collided head-on with Greysi’s vehicle. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was arrested and faces multiple felony charges, including gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.
</div>

</div>
<div>To honor Greysi’s life appropriately and help ease the enormous burden her family now faces, I am personally donating at least $10,000. I am hoping the community is willing to help ensure that finances and these unexpected and undue costs are the last thing her family has to worry about as they begin the long road of grief and healing.

<div>Donations will go directly toward funeral and memorial costs, lost income, and other urgent needs. Out of the goal, about half will go towards funeral and burial costs (I have gotten several local area quotes from funeral homes and cemeteries) and the remainder would be there for unseen costs that dear Greysi supported through her work. Any amount helps—and every gesture shows Greysi’s family that they are not alone in their pain.
