<div>My name is Alia Ramna. I am a transgender pakistani female, I have been kicked out from my biological family at 16 and have been serving by myself ever since. I have lived in a homeless hostel for 2 years after being in and out of care, and have moved into my own flat at 19. I have been working to get by ever since, and I’m currently living in a neighbourhood where I have been hate crimed a lot.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have worked in retail and the hospitality industry for a few years but I faced racism and transphobia there, and it has taken a big toll on my mental health. For a while now, I have been taken alternative work, but it’s not very reliable. I have been working in ballroom for 10 months now and have been practicing my categories to compete in the next ball. I’m starting to make a name for myself but it’s been difficult keeping up while having such a low income. I’ve realised that the community is strong and the amazing people I’ve met have made me feel like it’s okay to ask for help, so here I am!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Here’s a breakdown of what I’m going to spend the money on, if I can raise it. I’m looking to cover my living costs for four months while I look for more work and look at moving to a safer place.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Each month I pay:
</div>
<div>Rent - £450
</div>
<div>Bills - £95
</div>
<div>Food - £100
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If I am to cover 4 months that makes £2,580
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I also need to get a few transition-related things, and with GoFundMe fees I’m rounding it up to £3000.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Raising this money will take a lot of pressure off me and keep me safe from alternative work, and I would really appreciate any help I can get.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am currently working a new job but I can only do a limited number of hours at the moment. I’m also working with support services to sort out safer housing and potentially work on realising my dreams of being a writer.

Help a Pakistani Trans Woman Survive

<div>Hey everyone,

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I’ve been sitting with this for a while now. Asking for help is never easy; it’s a vulnerable place to be in. Truthfully, I’ve been struggling to financially support myself, especially after facing a housing crisis this past year and dealing with other challenges.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>However, I’ve decided now is the time to reach out for support with my transition. It’s been a wild, emotional journey trying to rebuild my life, and I’ve realised it’s not something I can do alone.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>A little about me — I’m a Bengali Trans Drag Artist based in South London. A lot of my creative journey started in Brighton, where I’ve been lucky enough to perform, lip-sync, host, gogo dance, DJ, and organise within our community. I’m endlessly grateful for the people around me — I truly wouldn’t be here without your love and support.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Currently, I’m fundraising to help cover the costs of laser hair removal and Facial Feminisation Surgery (FFS), both of which are essential steps in helping me feel more at home in my body.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I’m incredibly thankful to be receiving hormones through the NHS, but beyond that, access to other forms of gender-affirming care is challenging. As a Brown Trans girl, navigating this world and battling gender dysphoria daily is exhausting - even small things, like being unable to access free therapy, become huge barriers. These things should never be treated as a luxury, but as a birthright.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Transitioning while living under a government that is actively hostile towards trans people makes things even harder. From restrictions on hormones to delays with blood tests, everything feels like a fight. And in the middle of all this, I can’t ignore the wider injustices in the world — our government continues to be complicit in global atrocities and genocide. My heart is with the people of Palestine, Sudan, Congo, and all those across the world suffering under oppression. None of us are free until all of us are free.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>If you’ve made it this far, thank you. Your time, your presence, and your support mean the world to me. Please consider donating, sharing, or even just passing this along. As we approach Trans Pride, I hope you’ll continue to show up not just for me, but for all our trans siblings out there.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>With love and gratitude,

</div>

<div>Help Me Go Home — To the Body That Matches My Soul
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is <strong>Fey</strong>, but you might know me as <strong>Felipe</strong> — the artist behind <strong>Gato de Salto.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>For years, I’ve danced in heels and taught Brazilian Samba and Dance in general around the world. Through my art, I’ve helped <strong>thousands of women</strong> love themselves more and express their femininity — the same femininity I could never fully express myself.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I broke barriers in the world of <strong>Carnival</strong>, performing in heels and proudly embodying femininity in spaces that once rejected it. I’ve worn my truth with courage — through hair, makeup, workouts, and dance — building an armor to survive in a body that has never truly felt like mine.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But behind the strength and sparkle, there’s pain — <strong>a deep, exhausting dysphoria</strong>. Every mirror hurts. Every day is a reminder that my body and soul are still not aligned. I’ve fought for so long to exist authentically, and now I’m simply <strong>tired</strong>.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am ready to go home — to a body that finally reflects the woman I’ve always been inside. This surgery isn’t about vanity. It’s about peace, healing, and survival.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If I’ve ever inspired you to love yourself more, to move freely, to find beauty in who you are — please, help me find that same love for myself. Every donation, no matter how small, brings me closer to finally seeing <strong>Fey</strong> — the real me — in the mirror.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>✨ With all my love and hope,

Face Feminisation Surgery

<p><strong>Why I'm fundraising?</strong><br /><br />It has taken me a lot to get over the fear of setting this up and asking for help to be my true self, it has been a long time coming and I hope you will read this.<br /><br />Hi, my name is Emily. I am 24 <b>(NOW 25)</b> years old, and currently transitioning (male to female). I've been transitioning for a little under 18 months  now. The current waiting time list is currently at another 18 months which for me personally is something that is an unbearable thought for me. I have been slowly but surely coming out since October 2017 and it's a very long, slow and hard process. I have been socially transitioning ever since  January 2018, currently I study at the University of The Arts London;London College of Communication where I attend as myself and I am accepted as being me.

</p>

<p>I've always have known something was never right with me growing up and ever since I was 17/18 I knew that I had to do this to be happy and be myself. My mental health while transitioning has been and up and down hill struggle dealing with everything else as well as all of the dysphoria that I deal with daily seriously negatively affects me and is making life harder for myself and living this way doesn't feel good at all.While starting my transition socially things have eased thing a little but it doesn't feel great waking up some days and still feeling trapped in a body that doesn't feel like my own. I'm trying to raise money on here to be able to go privately and start my transition sooner and be who I feel I was meant to be.<br /><br />The money I am asking for will go towards set up fee for the gender clinic, blood tests, the prescriptions I will have and then blockers which I have been told I need to take in conjunction to the hormones. I will post and update receipts of all of the things that the money go towards and provide updates hopefully regularly. <br /><br />Thank you if you chose to donate and help me during this time, I can't thank you enough if you help me during this. This is something I've been waiting for, for such a long time now and I really need to do this to be me and be happy.<br /><br /><br /><strong>SO UPDATE:</strong><br /><br />I went to the gender clinic for an appointment and found out that I have another 12-18 month wait and it is just unbearable I feel crushed and just defeated by this and I really don’t want to deal with this anymore it’s just painfully slow. I just now so more feel that I can feel every fibre of my being every second of the day I just feel my body is not me or mine and just struggle on through.

</p>

<p>It’s been about 2 years now of waiting for the waiting time of the Gender Identity Clinic, it’s an agonising wait for any trans person and sadly the only way for things to be done now is seemingly going through the private sector of health care so that is what I am now continuing to try and do. It means the world to me for people reading this Another update: So things aren’t progressing at all despite the long wait and it’s continuing to be painful in terms of mental health and the comfort in my own skin. I’m unable to work now given world events and it’s making my depression one of the lowest points I’ve ever personally been in. UPDATE: Change. I wanted to post an update and say why the amount for my fundraising had changed. I had to increase it because I had to include the price of rent because I am dangerously close to having nowhere to live and nowhere else to go, I am already beyond grateful at what people have given already, but I have become more desperate. Along with this my mental health has just taken a nose dive off a cliff because of the stress of the lack of money and my impending live situation<br /><br /><strong>Wanted to add another update; (22.08.20)<br /><br /></strong>I'd like to thank everyone who has helped out by reading, sharing and donating to my funding so far, I wanted to tell everyone what I'm wanting to do in the future, once I complete the goal with most of it going towards my transition I will start that side of things and begin saving for ffs (facial feminisation surgery) that will be my next goal to save for and then further down the line will go towards my top surgery and confirmation surgery, those aren't for a long time yet.<br /><br />I am in the mean time though going to keep trying to work on this goal, so please if you aren't able to donate do not stress about that but please if you could share this post, it would mean the world to me

</p>

Another update: I’ve turned 25 and recently been told my wait has increased another 33-38 months for the nhs waiting list time. This isn’t okay right now.<br /><br /><br /><b>Another update : (27 May 2021)</b><br /><br />I’m still waiting and still trying to share this as much as possible when I can, I hate spamming it feels like I’m bothering people by doing so all the time. I’m really close to my starting goal of being able to afford the care and hormones. Throughout the last year I barely was able to work at all as I work in retail and all of the lockdowns. I’ve only recently just gone back to work and I still don’t work enough to be able to save anything as it all goes on my rent which my student loan doesn’t cover it.<br /><br />I don’t know I’m just really struggling still looking and living the way I do like not being able to live comfortable and look how I feel and want to present as woman without feeling unsafe being trans. I hope I can start hormones soon. Thanks to anyone who shares or even reads this because it means the world <br /><br /><b>Another update to my transition : 9th July 2021</b><br /><br />So I have finally been able to make my starting goal to be able to start HRT and fingers crossed that will be very soon depending on when I can get my appointment. I’m not sure if I’d have to leave it a little bit after getting my vaccine? <br /><br />But now I will be trying to start raising money for what will be facial feminine surgery I’m hoping that with the goal amount it will be able to give me some time to progress naturally on hormones and see how everything goes i will naturally update people as things go. I really again can’t think everyone enough for sharing and donating and supporting me and picking me up through all of this because it isn’t easy and it’s really hard sometimes and overwhelming and you just feel it brutally.<br /><br /><b>It is the 5th June 2022</b><br /><br />Things still haven’t really progressed for me at all and it’s becoming a lot harder than I could ever think. I am still going to keep trying and to keep pushing for this and to be myself
