<div>Okay todays going to be my biggest update, so i can stop explaining it over and over,
</div>
<div>She fallen directly down to the driveway onto her head from our window at home now this window is always closed the window is normally only able to open 10cms or something but i did have to remove the stopped to allow the aircon to be placed in.. then dues to the kids never really sleeping it that room or the beds the window Is closed and they sleep with me in my bed or tina will sleep with destinee in her bed. Unfortunately when i got home from work it was opened wide enough that i didnt notice it was even open to begin with after saying hello roman and tina were in the room playing with the toys and the bottom bunk of the bunk bed i had told them clean up and we were going out. (I was planning on taking them to mt cootha) i went to my room and open some gifts i had received from family and staff on my last day of working at my job with lara next to me in my room, when roman began screaming i quickly rush to see the urgency and from what i saw i figured it out and ran down the stairs yelling to miah. Half way down i ran back to get my phone to call emergency i ran back outside and found neighbours and miah surrounding her and after that im sorry but i dont remember much. it was so bad, im grateful we had amazing neighbours who helped us banding together while my body shut down in shock i nearly fainted so many times, i will forever own them all the love and appreciation i have to offer in those moments they helped me be strong… fast forward to emergency cause thats the next part i kinda remember i was told she fractured 3 parts of her skull and had swelling on her brain they took her into theatre where they put a hole in her skull with a monitor attached to monitor her swelling and later told she had also broken her collarbone xx she’s got swelling in her brain that is being managed by sedation in an induced coma. She's not liking nor tolerating when the nurses touch her for things like xrays or general cares and cleans her swelling and blood pressure spikes although when left to rest she is stable and calm.

<div>I keep trying to listen to drs and nurses and looking at the monitor's like i know what it all means - i don't….. at this point

<div>She Is stable and needing the rest every machine controls and looks after every function so she has the best chance to help as much as she can on her own. MRI was push back a little which is not unexpected.

<div>Today is the 3 day and yesterday she had a bumpy day but the 2nd and 3rd day is the days that is to be expected. She’s being really strong so far my beautiful little warrior I keep telling her she just needs rest. Sleep and I’ll be here the whole time.
</div>
<div>Miah and I are getting rest they have given us a room with Ronald McDonald house the angel nurses watching her every second of every day keep telling us everything that some things aren’t sinking in and some are.

<div>We are being told to get as much rest as possible which we have had 2 long but short night sleeps. We are living off the noodles and snacks in the kitchen not that for me anything is really staying down. Stress is taking its toll on me but I’m okay I will be okay it’s just my digestion that’s being funny.

<div>Miah is being the rock he’s being the voice I need when I break.

<div>Roman seen all this happen and isn’t really okay but is it’s hard to explain he has a sadness but is looking and acting like his normal self.

<div>Destinee is her normal beautiful caring self she’s sad she understands a little more she’s given Tina Patty my childhood bear they both love. To help her feel better.
</div>
<div>Destinee was given a photo tour of Tina’s room and everything explained but Destinee being Destinee she was adamant she needed to see Tina to give her patty herself. She did it was confrontational but she was so brave and asked all the questions she needed to process the worse visions out of her mind. I think it helped… maybe.
</div>
<div>they are both being watched by the amazing support team I have surrounding us helping to look after my babies while I can not be there in person. To my beautiful babies i know this time's hard please hug each other when you miss me and dad we well be back as soon as we can. I promise right now tina needs us that little bit more but that does not in any way mean you do not matter i am always here i will answer you calls.

<div>Santa will be coming to visit her today or tomorrow sometime which is hard to think about with christmas so close.
</div>
<div>Thankyou so much to all the support we are receiving especially those looking after my babies and the ones offering your prayers, they are truely welcomed you have reminded me in the power it can hold. I am so grateful. Even just the small checkins or offers of foods are the most helpful thing i can ask for.
</div>
<div>Before I sign off for just a little bit because I need to rest I wanted to let everyone know what i know so far the main thing is no news and nothing changing is good news. She just needs all the rest she is able to get. We the best nurses they have to offer.

<div>On Wednesday arvo Two front front teeth come out practically on their own. My poor baby girl x maybe also some shark teeth too from chipping.

<div>During that day she was looking okay doing okay things apart from her heart stopping for 20 sec she has to be special or it’s not tina…. She has a thing called a vagal nerve that was stimulated (this nerve is more commonly found in baby’s) it basically slows the heart rate down to nothing and it happened when she was getting stuff suctioned this morning around 8ish.. once they finished she went back to normal and they used some paralysis meds again. It’s worn off again her left leg moved today at about 10:30.

<div>She is okay still doing everything well.

<div>Bit hypertension in her blood pressure but the head drs come in said they actually are reassured it is okay with that because her icp (swelling-pressure) is absolutely fine and that it may mean it is actually her waking up a bit. So they gave her more comfort meds and stuff to help her sleep again and it’s back to rest time

<div>She is doing good MRI is definitely tomorrow but they wanna give her a full 24hrs of rest.

<div>Wednesday night we got to go home and spend some time with my babies this was so very needed it filled my cup but felt heavy while i was away needless to say my darling was checked up on every few hours because well i was scared tbh but every time they reassured me she was perfect and stable. So i cuddled my babies and did everything i could for a Christmas i don't know i will be home for. Told my babies how much i wish i could be there but need to be at the hospital i am extremely lucky to called Destinee my baby she is pure gold. Her understanding and want to look after me in a time she would be scared too makes me proud to call her mine.

<div>Thursday morning at roughly 9:30am MRI was done and she is actually better than the worse it could be she has damage on the right side of some of the nerve/cortex ( this means she may have movement issues on the left side or personality traits my be affected its hard to know exactly but she is okay and for now its feeling like down the long road of recovery she has in store she will be okay) dr had to run off to do something but will be back to explain further. But also her c spine is fine and intact so best news of my life. I breathed out feeling sick in my tummy but of relief not worry.

<div>When the dr come back he spoke of the damage being on what parts exactly showed us the scans explained so many things that i understand but also don't.

<div>She's off temp control completely and will probably get her brain monitor out sometime soon (probs tomorrow) she getting clear from all department for her spine so they can transfer her to a air bed that will help stop pressure sore and they can help with the few places she’s got skins sores on atm (underarms and under neck), she also has a spazm in a vessel which is not uncommon it will either correct itself or they will move the line they aren't concerned at this point.

<div>She's still sedated but lighter she's reacting to my voice she's at times trying to open her eyes right side is more active that the left that is to be expected but honestly as long as i can look in her eyes and she knows i love her that is the only thing that matters to me and the next steps will be spoken about probably soon.

<div>Miah and i are going to rest tonight because the next few days are going to be so full we are wanting to be awake rested and ready to see our baby progress.
</div>
<div>She's our beautiful little warrior and is doing the right things so far stay so strong my darling be brave and rest your weary body mama and daddy are here forever ✨
