<div>Hi, my name is Tobias and I’ve spent the last 8 years pushing myself into new challenges in order to raise money for various causes including £35,000 for my community Christmas Hamper fund which saw everything you need for Christmas Day delivered to 1500 local households over 5 years.

<div>In 2017 I started learning how to ride a bike properly, before that my biking experience included staying just about upright, and romantically hiring a bike at the palace of Versailles only to crash into my wife and almost knock her into the canal. By the end of 2019 I had cycled to Rome and this is where my fundraising journey started.

<div>2025 is a new year and I have given myself a new challenge, this year i will be taking on a series of Triathlons in order to raise money for 4 charities close to mine and my families hearts. First step, learn how to swim! I had lessons as a child but hadn’t been in a pool for 20 years. I have had a few lessons at Make Waves swim school and I can now do a few lengths without drowning. With all this in mind I have entered my first 2 Triathlons, Exe Valley on May 11th and Tavistock on 13th July with the hope of also entering Bideford on 15th June

Emergency Fund to Help those affected by Honestone Str Fire

Hi Everyone, I'm Tobias from TKM Chimney Sweep and every year since 2020 I have fundraised to put together hampers containing everything you need for Christmas Day for families across North Devon and Torridge. <br /><br /> Since 2020 with the help of some friends, volunteers and our wonderful community, I have raised nearly £30,000 to help nearly 1200 families have the best Christmas they can!
<br /><br /> This year I’m hoping to be able to help another 125 families by raising at least £4000 and putting together Christmas Hampers which will be available for collection in Bideford the week before Christmas.
<br /><br /> In previous years these have included a contribution towards perishable items such as meat and vegetables, cranberry sauce, Yorkshire pudding mix, gravy, festive snacks, crisps, and sweet treats, Christmas Pudding and Custard, soft drinks, Christmas Crackers, stocking fillers for the children and even pet food.

The TKM Community Christmas Hamper Fund 2024

<span style="color:rgb(127,127,127);">Hi Everyone, I’m Tobias from TKM Chimney Sweep and every year since 2020 I have fundraised to put together hampers containing everything you need for Christmas Day for families across North Devon and Torridge. <br /><br />In 2020 we raised enough money to make up and deliver 115 Hampers to local families.

In 2021 we raised around £8000 for 250 families and in. 2022 we raised a staggering £12000 to help 450 families in need of a helping hand at Christmas.
<br /><br />This year, with the help of this wonderful community I’m hoping to help at least 200 families. Our initial target of £6000<br /><br />Due to the logistical challenges faced last year, organising and delivering to 450 addresses, this year the hampers will be available for collection on set dates.

<font color="#333333"><br />Hi Everyone<br /><br />I’m back again to fundraise for the people of North Devon and Torridge. <br /><br />Last year as a community we raised £7000 to provide everything you need for Christmas Day for 250 families in our local communities, double the number of hampers I packaged and delivered in 2020.<br /><br />This included everything you need for Christmas Dinner, stocking fillers, sweets and treats, family games, Christmas crackers and more.<br /><br />Sadly I had to turn away over 400 families that I didn’t have the resources to help. With the incredible increase to the cost of living, I fear that demand will be even higher this year.<br /><br />I will continue to fundraise throughout the year and hopefully this year we can help 400 families have the Christmas that every one of us deserves.<br /><br />My friends and I will be taking part in a cycling challenge, cycling 400km in 2 days, 1km for every family we hope to help.<br /><br />Last year Tesco, Bideford donated 50 Christmas Puddings, this year I’ll be asking every supermarket in the area for contributions to help with the increasing need.<br /><br />Watch this space, more info to come, but if you’d like to get in early and kick off donations please feel free.</font>
