Our family is asking for support for Jon David as he prepares to undergo brain surgery. This is an incredibly difficult season for him, our sister Kailey, and their two children as they face the days ahead. We are facing the coming days with hope, faith, and trust in God’s care. Following surgery, he is expected to be out of work for at least 6-8 weeks while he recovers. During this time, the family will be navigating not only medical expenses but lost wages and the challenge of keeping up with everyday living costs, including housing, utilities, groceries, and caring for their children. Anyone who knows Jon David knows how hard he works and how deeply he loves his family. Post surgery their focus will be on healing, rest, and being together as a family while leaning on faith and the support of those around them. In the middle of such a difficult season, we have already been reminded how deeply blessed we are by an incredible community of family and friends. The love, prayers, encouragement, and willingness to walk alongside them during this time have meant more than words can express. We are deeply thankful for every message, prayer, act of kindness, and show of support. It is a true reminder that we are never alone in carrying life’s hardest moments. We are praying for a successful surgery, peace during recovery, and strength for their family in the weeks ahead.
