<div>My children — Farah (8 years old), Hala (6 years old), and Khalil (3 years old) — are all struggling with health problems.

<div>Hala suffers from severe chronic infections that cause her to wet herself.

<div>I am also pregnant, suffering from vitamin deficiency and anemia, and our cat Lulu is malnourished — we rescued her from under the rubble.
