"5 FOR THE CULTURE" My name is Anthony Thomas, and I'm the executive producer for the podcast A LONG WAY FROM THE BLOCK. With the help of the global community I'd like to build a Cultural Center in my hometown of San Diego. The center will be a thriving hub for locals and visitors to meet and connect with the arts and the world community in an intimate, dynamic, personal setting-a place to inspire positive social change. Power in numbers: I'm asking 25,000 people around the world to donate $5 for a state of the art Cultural Center, hence the tagline "5 FOR THE CULTURE"
