<div>Our beloved Frances Kendra Lucero unexpectedly passed on March 6, 2023. Frances was a beautiful Mother, daughter, sister, and friend who touched countless lives of those around her. She sadly leaves behind her Mother, Father, little brother, little sister and her two babies.

<div>Frances dedicated her life to her children and always spread the love she had to share. She was the most genuine, thoughtful, loyal and ambitious woman we've all been blessed to know. Frances was that friend that would help you celebrate good times and provide nothing but support during the bad times.

<div>We are devastated by Frances' unexpected loss and were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. We want to give Frances the memorial she truly deserves, honor her memory and say our last goodbyes.

A gig driver, he was delivering for Door Dash when his kids were taken. For hours he and his wife didn't know if they'd see Winifred and Sean, aged 4 and 2, again.<br /><br />Jeffrey is an immigrant and also a proud San Franciscan who has been here for years, working hard, long hours in the gig economy to bring his family from China to California. This incident was incredibly frightening, traumatizing, and will take them time to recover. <br /><br />Lets rally together and help the Fang family take some time off to rebound from this. Thank you.<br /><br /><strong>Clarification: </strong>A lot of people are writing in asking how I know Jeffrey and to be sure the funds will go to him. I'm a journalist in the Bay Area, and have been for 8 years now. When I was a student learning journalism at City College of San Francisco, Jeffrey was a student representative on the college board.
