<div>On December 7, Aubree and her 6-month-old son, Kymani, were the victims of a tragic act of domestic violence.

<div>Aubree survived but is facing a devastating new reality. Kymani’s injuries were not survivable. As she grieves the loss of her son, she’s also beginning to process her own prognosis, paraplegia - loss of leg function.

<div>Grief on top of grief, including the complexity that the assailant was a beloved member of their family. 
</div>

<div>Some tragedies are beyond words and as much as we want to answer why, no amount of detail will satisfy the question. The family asks that the public respect their privacy as they navigate the complicated grief ahead of them.

<div>At the same time, they are overwhelmed with gratitude at the support of first responders, neighbors, friends, and family.

<p>My name is Stacy Lewis, this is the official gofundme for donations that go directly to the family of Brenden LaFever to help alleviate some stress for them during this difficult time while they try to process this tragedy.

<p>On the afternoon of July 27th, god decided to call Brenden home. He was involved in a fatal accident in Battle Ground which also severely injured his ten year old brother. His family is staying at OHSU to help and support their son, but soon will have to come home and plan for a service and begin to try to help all the other children come to terms and heal from this terrible tragedy.

Wyatt isnt going to get better he is only going to get sicker as the days come. Wyatt's loving parents and 4 brothers and sisters want to make life normal for him and do ALL the things he loves to do.  For everyone who knows Wyatt he is the most loving, sweet, kind, fun little guy.  He can make anyone smile.  Now it is our turn to make him smile.  Our hope is that with the time he has, him and his family can make some incredible memories and spend as much time with him as possible!
