Jamie story is below. Please help her and her husband David during this time. If you can't afford to donate, please share this gofundme and keep them in your prayers.
In April, I became seriously ill and began experiencing frequent fainting episodes. After countless doctor visits, I was given a diagnosis of dysautonomia, though we are still searching for answers.
On Tuesday, October 13th, I was rushed to the hospital with stroke-like symptoms and was admitted to the ICU, where I received clot-busting medication. After initially improving, I suddenly lost movement on my left side again. Doctors are now considering Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), which can have a hopeful outlook for recovery, but my journey to regain strength and mobility may be a long one. I’m currently in rehabilitation, working hard to regain movement while also dealing with unexplained episodes of low blood sugar.
Before all of this, I was a stay-at-home mom who cared for our children while my husband worked. Now, our family is facing additional expenses for childcare, travel to and from rehabilitation, and the everyday costs of keeping our household running while I focus on healing.
Any donation, prayer, or share means more to our family than words can express. Thank you for helping us through this difficult and uncertain time as I work toward recovery and getting back to my family. ❤️
